Theres so much conflicting info on the net, some say you pay a few hundred baht and tax and thats it, others saying theres ALSO a 1% of the value of the bike (so a 260k bike - average price for used one on marketplace -  fee is 2600 baht) to transfer bike to new name.  Can anyone confirm?  Thankyou
