In a court filing on Wednesday evening, lawyers for the Trump administration appealed the ruling and said forcing Bovino, 55, to check in daily would cause “irreparable harm” to immigration enforcement efforts.

But their claims had already been undermined by Bovino, who gave an interview to Fox News earlier that day to “answer his critics,” telling host Harris Faulkner: “If [the judge] wants to meet with me every day… I look forward to meeting with that judge to show her exactly what’s happening.”

You should have a look at the economic indicators;

- Inflation is increasing

- job market is deteriorating

- food and housing prices have increased

 

The US population is  starting to sour on Trump.

WASHINGTON, Oct 28 (Reuters) - Donald Trump's presidential approval rating fell in recent days, tying the lowest level of his term, as more Americans frowned on his handling of the cost of living, according to a new Reuters/Ipsos poll.

The three-day poll, which concluded on Sunday, showed 40% of Americans approve of the Republican leader's job performance, compared to 42% in an October 15-20 Reuters/Ipsos poll.  The share of people who say they disapprove of his performance has grown, from 52% in a May 16-18 poll to 57% in the latest survey.
