  • According to Trump the most corrupt president in history he's always right about everything so never to blame for anything.  You'd need to be in his cult to believe him. Many are.

  • Trump is 100 percent correct. The Senate dems voted against the CR.

  • Bottom line the felon controls all branches in the government it’s his intransigence on the funding of the ACA that’s causing the shutdown no more no less.

problem is the dems are stating they are doing this deliberately to try to make trump look bad, they have stated they want the people to suffer and they have realized that their plan is failing. Even the news sites that normally push the dems(cnn etc) are starting to blame them for this and have been showing their numbers tumbling into their lowest preferred party in historic low numbers but once again we see the sycophants in here trying to push their own BS ignoring the truth, even dem congress members are starting to pull back and looking at voting with republicans to end it.

14 times the unrecognizable dem party in the Senate has approached the Capital  floor vote taker(clerk) with thumbs down.

14 times of repeated insanity by the GOP who refused to negotiate with the Dems on the healthcare subsidies extension. The House is not even back from the extended recess to debate the impasse. Fortunately a group of bipartisan House lawmakers have took upon themselves to work out a tentative framework for health insurance subsidies extension which is central to the shutdown debacle. Left to be seen if this proposal will have the consensus of both parties and POTUS.

Shumer and his democrats are voting against.  It’s ALL in their hands.

True.  But it's in their political interest to keep the government shut down as the Republicans are getting the blame.

No, this is the Epstein shutdown, and it is the work of the MAGA party.

Keep your eye on the ball, not the guy in the diaper.

You of course have verifiable links from a reputable source to verify this for us as all? Personally I have not seen a single article that says dems are admitting to this so I'll be curious to see the articles you speak of.

“I mean, shutdowns are terrible and of course there will be, you know, families that are going to suffer. We take that responsibility very seriously. But it is one of the few leverage times we have,” she said in a mid-October interview with Chad Pergram of Fox News.

Note to Don. The party that is in charge is the party that is always blamed for a shutdown whether you like it or not. Both the polls and the recent elections are proof of that.

Trump simply must face the fact that his brand is declining people are souring on his policies and his influence is on the wane.

More of your priceless artwork?

Meanwhile, Democrats have voted 15, yes 15 times to keep the government shutdown and the “starving children “ starved.

All because Republicans won’t fund ILLEGAL ALIEN  free healthcare.  Democrats are pathetic.

I believe that you know damn well what I mean, but I'll take bait because those who only watch Fox/RT/OAN probably haven't heard about this.  Thanks for the opportunity.

It’s always someone else’s fault, so he has to blame someone. Democrats, liberals, radical left, communists, take your pick, that’s his go-to scapegoat.

Just release the Epstein papers and stop using the shutdown as a deflection.

Any excuse to move the topic of conversation away from releasing the evidence. :cheesy:

One more Dem vote to release the papers? "Johnson sets record refusing to swear in Adelita Grijalva for 36 days after she won election."

Look at the thread title.

Is this a shutdown or an Epstein thread?

Your posts make no sense.  I’m not surprised.

Trump blamed the shutdown in part for the Republicans' poor performance in the nov 4 electons.

Trump blames shutdown for overwhelming Democratic election win

In effect, that means he saying American voters blame the Republicans more for the shutdown than they blame Democrats.

Trump blames shutdown for overwhelming Democratic election win

President Trump blamed the government shutdown for the Democratic dominance seen at the polls this week.
Democrats swept the first major elections since Trump’s return to office, with gubernatorial and mayoral wins across the country.
He said the shutdown was "negative for Republicans" and "a big factor" in GOP losses.

First time actual votes that can be measured last few days looks like some have buyers remorse regarding trumps " fed up of winning " 🙄 never mind let Donald put a spin on it

update

Everytime the dems walk by the  vote clerk ,its always a thumbs down, to reopen the Govt.

 Google Ai overview:

"In a recent government shutdown occurring in late 2025, Senate Democrats voted at least 15 times against Republican-led "clean" funding bills intended to reopen the government".
