A president shouldn't be allowed to pardon anyone.  What is the judicial process for?

Like everything else in the Trump Universe pardons are very likely for sale and this man probably paid a significant fee to enrich Trump's coffers. Just another sign of the spectacular level of corruption going on in the Trump White House.
