Prawit, Anutin, Prayuth, and  Thaksin are relics of an ancient age in Thailand where men were not appointed based on any level of merit, competemce, intelligence, creativity, vision or leadership abil

  • Didn't a " youthful " person actually win the last election , but the dinosaurs had him removed ?

  • Run for election?  Prawit can barely walk, let alone stay awake during important meetings.

normally you would be correct but this is micky mouse  thai politics  any mp can be voted in to PM

Recent appointments show that they don't have to be an elected MP, just a friend of one

How long is a parliamentary term, I can't remember. He's already 80 and doesn't look that well.

Government workers have to retire at 60. I think that's a bit young but it doesn't make sense if they have to retire at 60 but politicians can just keep on going.

I think the word RUN was a bit misplaced here

Yes, roll would be accurate or even 'Zimmer ín.....'

This joke made me laugh really hard for the first time today!

Or is today April 1st on the calendar of the Palang Pracharath Party?

<deleted> me these dinosaurs just can't disappear gracefully but are like punch drunk boxers still convinced they have what it takes but unable to realise what a pathetic embarrassment they actually are.

It's not April 1st is it? Ah no. It's Pantomime season. Look behind you!😆

I do not even think you need to be an MP... You simply need the approval of your party leaders for this.

It will be. a sad election if there is not a really good and strong independent candidate. Currently we are looking at Thaksins son-in-law or Prawit.. Or the people will choose between the lesser evils.

Who cares !!! it will be a ShxT show, all Thais care about is where the next meal is coming from and money !!   Thais are too lethargic to do anything about it !!

Did someone wake him up?

Prawit takes a licking and keeps on ticking.

People's Party need not apply.

...Sadly That Is The State Of Thai Politics...

...A Shambles...

...That Is Why...

...Even Sadder...

...At The End Of The Day... The Family Syndicate Will Eventually Have Its Way Again...

Nobody passed the age of 70 should be considered as a political leader in any country of the world, much less Thailand which desperately needs progressive minds in leadership positions.

Probably is useless to anyone and everyone. Except maybe a high-end watch dealers, and his extended family which is likely living very well from his offshore fortune, much of which is likely ill gotten.

Rather than consider him for a position of leadership they should consider sending him to a labor camp, or revoking his passport and send him into exile.

It's never been out of the trough... even prior to political employment

he is going to 'RUN ' ????

Didn't realize you could run with a walker, but I suppose he can afford one with wheels.

What does they say about those within his party who think this old clueless cretin is the way forward? He’s days are done, give him his retirement watch and tell him to foxtrot oscar.

Tick tock tick tock, what a joke.
