US Military Sinks Drug Boat In Pacific As Death Toll climbs

Featured Replies

It's okay to (very likely) accept huge amounts of money as a bribe, ikely in the tens of millions of dollars to pardon a convicted drug lord, but it's not okay for a small boat to transport drugs that end up in the EU not the US.

Just another day in the life of the circus goon, and just another contradiction in his bizarre policies. But we know one good thing is coming out of this, little Petie is sure having a lot of fun. Using all that hardware and spending millions upon millions to take out small drug boats sure beats the heck out of working as an occasional host on a boring news station.

U.S. SEARCHING FOR 8 SURVIVORS: OFFICIAL

A U.S. official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said eight people had abandoned their vessels and were being searched for.

Firstly, I am shocked that a responsible, independent, objective and respected news agency like Reuters adopts the US govt term "narco-terrorists". Guess they know where their bread is buttered and how the public craves sensationalism.

Secondly, why bother looking? You wanted to blow them out of the water and kill them! Are you looking for survivors so you can look into their eyes while shooting them in the head? Or do you expect to capture (as opposed to rescue) them and bring them to trial in the US, in violation of int'l law?

And the BIG question: Did they find any drrrrruuuuugggggs???

How long do you think someone could survive floating in the ocean, even with a life vest, even with a survival suit? Not even a day, I'd surmise.

Reuters didn't, they were quoting the U.S. military's Southern Command.

That question will not be answered. To Trump and Hegseth it doesn't matter anyway.

That was a direct quote:

"Three narco-terrorists aboard the first vessel were killed in the first engagement. The remaining narco-terrorists abandoned the other two vessels, jumping overboard and distancing themselves before follow-on engagements sank their respective vessels," Southern Command wrote on X.

Expert on drug trafficing routes are you? Can you tell us what country the Cutrona-Caruana worked out of (albiet years ago).

The personnel changes, the routes dont

By that logic, Yagoda, the US should be bombing Montréal & Toronto! In fact, the routes change all the time as do the methods and concealments. The smart money goes for commercial shipping, no matter the weight.

The good old days when it was just smack. Ah, The Rothschilds of the Mafia, very poetic.

Apologies! Don't want to see int'l news agencies copying Fox News!

They arent located in International waters. If they were, o well.

Why not, it would be nice to see the truth from those outlets.

Guess you forgot to answer the question I asked...the answer was...

Venezuela.

Go after the little guy, never, ever go after the source, or ex presidents who have been convicted of drug trafficking. Do the opposite and pardon them. That really sends a message. It says "I am NOT a serious man. I am beyond corrupt, and nothing I say means anything".

“No business in international waters”?
Err no....... Tren de Aragua is a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization. FTO = lawful target anywhere on the planet, high seas included. Same rules we’ve used on al-Qaeda for 24 years

“Illegal orders, murder, court-martial”?
Keep dreaming. The admiral followed a pre-approved target package under the 2001 AUMF. Survivors were still trying to re-float the boat and continue the mission. That’s combatants, not helpless fishermen.

“A few boats won’t dent the drug flow”?
Tell that to the 61 dead TdA members and the 40 % spike in fentanyl seizures since the strikes started. It’s working. This isn’t murder for votes.
It’s a superpower finally treating narco-terrorists like the terrorists they are.!:whistling:

The mighty US military with all its drones, targeting and firepower must be using s**t munitions if they can't blow up a speedboat at the first try. What were they using? Fireworks?

All that crap about the men trying to re-float the boat and continue the mission on a hull that was broken in two pieces at least, with no power? This is just the military and Hegseth trying to cover their arses because of the outcry.

Anyone in such a situation would try and climb upon a piece of wreckage.

I am surprised that Hegseth is still carrying out these killings, as he has been warned they are likely illegal, and he may face criminal charges over them. He must be pretty sure that Trump will protect him, though I'm not sure presidential pardons will cover these.

Right, I expanded upon that: Toronto & Montréal were far more trafficked routes for heroin coming into the US.
