DNS over HTTPS

Featured Replies

Is anyone using this? I am on a regular 3BB/AIS fibre connection. 1Gbps/500Mbps package but I notice sometimes there is delay in opening websites. I am not sure if this is since I turned on secure DNS. I set Cloudfare's DNS servers in my router.

I only have Firefox using it so I will start to test between all 3 browser, FF,Edge and Chrome.

I mainly use testmy.net for speed testing as you can set it to auto run and they have a reaonable selection of servers.

In addition to setting static/private/Non-ISP DNS servers in your router, you can set them in a device (PC, Android, iPhone, etc.)

I think most use private DNS to access sites blocked by the ISP (AIS in my case).

I see no differences in performance, and sites load quickly.

There are DNS performance tools and sites.
