I thought of this.

However, just one more thing....

The Linux software for the Cyber unit seems a bit not up to what the Eaton is reputed to be.

Easy enough to install the software, even without the UPS unit attached, and compare each offering.

Having already thought of this,

This would be the better ending to this worst case scenario.

This will be the best of the worst that has happened.

At the very least, I will be able to do this, and still have something usable left.

In addition, having spent many hours trying to charge this DOA unit.....

This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth...

Probably similar to taking a sip of the sulfuric acid in these depleted batteries.

So...best to begin over again,....maybe....
