The world is shocked by what has gone on in Gaza. Some say they have seen no war crimes, but there hundreds if not thousands of these reports, it is just ridiculous to think they are all lies.

All these reports are what is fueling antisemitism. Reasonable, intelligent people can blame Israel and the IDF but not Jews. Some people say they blame Jews but they probably mean Israel. And there are some people who really are antisemitic, but those that argue with you on a daily basis are not that.

Well, thank you for that informative answer but same as in my last post I was not referring to bilateral trade, trade items or their ability to spot the difference between an Israeli and a Brazilian.

I was - same this whole sub-forum - referring to the war and Israel´s actions in Gaza and in those states it recently attacked, despite all that was without the slightest doubt only preemptively.

Let me offer you some perspective on that.

You might remember a few days after the attacks on Iran some Iranian missiles hit Israel as well and in one unfortunate case nine people were killed.

Now, the Israeli embassy in Thailand, as so many times before, felt the need to inform the people of Thailand about this horrible incident hoping they might side with them and even mourn for their losses.

So they posted this

I'll translate the Thai part which is placed between those 2 candles:

Nine people were killed four of them children three of them siblings they were killed in an Iranian missile attack targeting a residential area in Israel

 

And here is the reaction of Thai people to that (I did not translate all of it) on the Facebook site of the Israeli embassy:

I did not bother to read the entries. Social media is not a reliable source of information. It is is easily gamed. The Russians had hundreds of bot farms churning out false information during the Covid crisis. I expect that much of the anti Israel commentary on social media is engineered. The activity has been profiled by multiple reliable entities.

My recognizing the fakery on social media, does not mean that I deny that people may hold negative perceptions or views. However, the reality is that they have better things to do than to take to social media to promote them.

How did you know the entries are anti Israel, if you did not bother reading them?
