I've just remembered about some more.

If you happen to live east of Pattaya, there's a Brit who opened a pub called the Moonraker near Pong Market (near to Mabprachan Lake and Mabprachan resort), and he also owns a load of decent lockup garages, which I understand are rented out at very reasonable rates.
