I have 3 older brothers.

I've been "at war" with them for many years.

I tried to maintain harmony, but they keep adding fuel to the fire and acting hostile.

And it took me decades to realize it will never change.

The best solution I found it to avoid them. One reason I am in Thailand.

Based on my own family dynamics, I don't expect the situation in Gaza to be resolved ever.

Unless, like in Star Trek, an external force steps in to intervene.
