My long time Thai girlfriend and myself have just started looking to buy a house in Thailand. I intend to have my girlfriend buy the house and land the land freehold.

However the title deeds of a house we like are stated as Nor Sor 3 Gor. With this I believe you would have right of possession confirmed by the Land Department but not absolute ownership (Chanote) / freehold.

Would this be a problem or nothing to be concerned about?
