What would you do if attacked? Queensberry rules?

I was only pointing out that so many on here go on about it being illegal to hit civilian infrastructure. Then the whiners and boo hoo squad come out on cue. Yet not a single one would dare say that hitting the data center was also illegal.

The question is why did Trump stop the talks with Iran?

Because they are liars that were simply trying to stretch out negotiations as they moved closer to weapons grade material. 60% enriched is just one step away. My guess is they were setting up a new facility.

Dual use. It's a tricky area of definition but it is a factor and "legal" under rules of war.

Nah! It's the irony. People on the woke radical left are conflicted. Women's rights yet men who think they are women should be able to encroach on women's rights i.e. sports/toilets/changing rooms. Gays for Palestine. No need to explain the irony here. Trump's a fascist yet crickets on thousands if not tens of thousands of protesters in Iran being murdered.

Nobody on here is defending the Iran regime, as no-one defends what Hamas did on October 7th.

The mistake Trump lovers make is equating condemnation of Israel's actions in Gaza and Trump's war in Iran with support for Hamas and the Iran regime.

There is no irony here, both sides deserve criticism.

They still have 465kg of 60% enriched uranium which is not far off getting to weapons grade. Maybe they have/had another deeply buried facility. They were sure building ICBM's (why?) and a massive missile and drone stockpile (again why?). They called for global jihad. If you went there you would more than likely be killed unless you are a supporter of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Are you? Should they have nukes?

That's like saying a 4th of July fireworks is not far off from a Saturn 5 rocket.

Apparently you are unaware of the difficulty in getting to weapons grade, which would require equipment Iran does not have and a precise and consistent/unfluctuating power supply Iran has not yet built.

Now if Iran builds such a technologically advanced power plant, which might take a few years, and also gets their hands on extremely high speed centrifuges---which as far as I know are not available at HomePro or on Amazon---then there might be some cause for concern.

But please go ahead and believe what Trump and Netanyahu tell you. They'd never ever lie. Honest as the day is long. George Washington is the epitome of mendacity compared to those two.

Dinsdale asks why there are few posts here regarding the Iran regime's brutal rule towards its citizens.

One reasons is the difficulty of obtaining mainstream media accounts of the massacres and suppression. The internet is down and people are fearful of talking to outside media.

As I mentioned earlier, there are countless accounts on X of individual tragedies, murder and executions by the Iran state but few detailed stories from mainstream media.

Maybe you have one of those Healthkit U235 to 93% enrichment facilities for at-home use? You present yourself as someone who knows the procedure and technical details of that degree of enrichment. Had an ND clearance did you?

Perhaps I missed it, but I haven't seen any of his posts mentioning the 72,000 Gazans killed by the IDF, which includes some 35,000 children who---to the best of my knowledge---did not vote for Hamas nor participate in 7 October. Since Gaza is a part of Israel, that means Israel still is way ahead of slaughtering people within its borders than Iran on its worst day.

You mean the proxy wars propagated by Iran including state sponsored terror activities over the past numerous decades - refusing inspection of its nuclear enrichment programs ?

Or do you mean the US & Israel for recognizing that the rules and agreements are a facade & Iran (and many others don’t play by the same rules)…. Enriching U235 to 60% and threatening to monetize the Straits of Hormuz ???

So… I’m confused by your meaning “who started the war?”…

Because it would appear you only classify war as when a weapon is fired, which is ignorant of what’s really been happening in the build up over decades.

Just for kicks - look up how many US Military bases in the gulf region have been fired upon by Iran over the past years…

So I suppose you think you have better sources of information than the US Director of National Intelligence?

Gabbard Says Iran Did Not Rebuild Nuclear Program After 2025 Strikes, Contradicting Trump

"As a result of Operation Midnight Hammer, Iran’s nuclear enrichment program was obliterated. There has been no efforts since then to try to rebuild their enrichment capability. The entrances to the underground facilities that were bombed have been buried and shuttered with cement," Gabard wrote in an opening statement ahead of the hearing.

You have quite the disdain for people who have a differient perspective. You are allowing your hate for one side of the equation to cloud your judgement. That's why so many here take you for a Trump supporter. It's the 'hate' that comes out in your posts. So you attack anyone you perceive to be on the Left, even if they are not.

Most Americans likely have no idea what's going on most of the time. Being regularly gaslit and misled. They only take notice when they are being hit in the pocket. Likely most had no idea that they were paying the tariffs.

My advice is for you to stop making politics your excuse for hate and to see people are just like you. Some more stupid, some more intelligent... What's the point of hating them? It just makes your own life more miserable.

I don't hate Iranians. I don't hate Americans. We are just discussing amongst ourselves the machinations of what we think is occurring. Thinking in terms of Left and Right results in a blinkered view. Mad mullahs is just nonsense. Trump being a saviour, equally.

The fact is that the the USA also has proxies it uses to various ends. Yesterday's terrorist is today's statesman.

So attempting to demonise Iran for doing the same as the USA, but calling them terrorists, is rank hypocrisy.

Then let's look at their ally.

Remember HAMAS? Who supported them? Netanyahu. To separate Gaza from the West Bank. To prevent the Palestinians from uniting.

Now the same people are sponsoring local militia to fight against HAMAS in Gaza. Divide and conquer.

Iran are the terrorists?

I'm quite shocked that Iran has not unleashed proxy sleeper cells within the US, and caused a lot of mayhem on the mainland. That may be something that is yet to come, or Iran is practicing great restraint. Regardless they're doing a great job of causing economic chaos throughout the world and they are engaged within a war of attrition with Trump. Americans are not patient people, and they're not accustomed to making big sacrifices, especially when they barely understand what they are fighting for. Trump has done a horrendous job of explaining what this war is even about, and his poll numbers seem to be dropping by the day, the longer this war goes on and the higher inflation numbers climb.

You failed miserably Don, once again. Just admit it, and let's get the hell out of there. We need to abandon Israel, and the sooner we do it the better. We've been let down a very dark path by a man who's at least as insane as Trump himself. Let them fight their war against every one of their perceived enemies, but let them do it entirely on their own.

Don, you owe that to the American people, you piece of crap, street garbage president.

AI Overview

Yes, Iran possesses significant stockpiles of uranium-235 (U-235) enriched to various levels, including a substantial amount enriched to 60% purity, which is close to the 90% weapons-grade threshold. As of mid-2025, reports indicated Iran held over 440 kg of 60% enriched uranium, alongside several tons of lower-enriched material (2%, 5%, and 20%).

Maybe take your own advice.

That would immediately put the average American into war mode. Right now, the people are against war.

I agree and I think you have hit the nail right on the head. I think they are being deliberately conservative and holding back, as Iran is currently enjoying the moral support of nearly the entire world, which is quite a turnaround. Thanks for that Don! You have made the extremist government of Iran popular, with your insane level of recklessness. And you have increased the level of hatred within Iran for America, and failed miserably in inspiring an uprising against the Godless leaders. Calling that a success demonstrates very amply not only your level of insanity, but how completely out of touch with reality you are, and how completely distorted your fake narrative is.

Thats a whole lot of assumptions on your behalf. You see it differently than I do in regards to left vs right.

Iran are the terrorists?

That’s not a serious argument - it’s a bundle of recycled slogans pretending to be insight.

The whole “everyone uses proxies” line is a lazy dodge that deliberately blurs the difference between normal geopolitics and actively backing groups like Hamas or Hezbollah that target civilians, which isn’t clever, it’s just intellectually dishonest.

The “yesterday’s terrorist is today’s statesman” cliché gets wheeled out like it’s profound, when really it’s just a way of avoiding dealing with what those groups actually do now.

Then the Netanyahu claim - endlessly repeated, rarely understood - twists limited, indirect policy decisions into some fantasy where Israel is secretly propping up its own enemies, which would be absurd if it weren’t so widely parroted.

And the grand finale of “Iran are the terrorists?” isn’t the gotcha you think it is - states can absolutely sponsor terrorism, and Iran’s support for groups like Hezbollah is hardly a conspiracy theory.

Honestly, it’s the kind of argument that sounds sharp if you don’t look at it too closely - which is presumably the point - its hardly worth the use of oxygen to respond.

There's a difference in Netanyahu supporting HAMAS to his own ends and Iran doing similarly with their own proxies? How so? No civilians killed? At least try to not make yourself look silly.

Mine is not a lazy argument. It gets straight to the point. Unlike your attempt at sleight of hand.

Kuwait’s power, water plants damaged as Iran keeps attacking Gulf states

Later on Sunday, the Kuwait Petroleum Corp reported “significant material losses” after Iranian drone attacks on several of its facilities, according to the KUNA news agency.

Bahrain’s Gulf Petrochemical Industries Co said several of its units were subjected to an attack by Iranian drones while, earlier in the day, the country’s national oil company, Bapco Energies, said an oil tank at one of its storage facilities was hit.

The UAE’s official news agency WAM later reported that authorities were responding with an incident after the Khor Fakkan port in the Gulf of Oman was targeted.

Saudi Arabia, meanwhile, intercepted missiles early on Sunday, the kingdom said.

Ive also stated so many times that its only rich vs poor. Politics is simply a distraction. I voted liberal in my last provincial election. Been called a liar on many occasions for it. Hence my disdain.
