Thank you for acknowledging that Pit Bulls are aggressive, human attacks do happen, pit bull attacks on humans are "very very nasty," and a pit bull bite put 26 stiches in your hand. Well done! Any other great reasons you would like to add for banning them from Thailand?

There is no need to ban them.

The reason for banning Pit Bulls in Thailand basically boils down to "Look at the record" which shows far too many Pit Bull attacks. There are several reasons, and the formula is (Aggressive dog famous for aggression / fighting) + (a culture where people have NO undersatnding of how to train and care for dogs.) It would actually be a fair comparison to say "There is a reason children are prohibited from owning loaded guns" We don't need to have the "Good dog" debate, because the math is so simple: Eliminate Pit Bulls, then Pit Bulls can't attack people, and people can still own all kinds of great dogs. "Win / Win"

No. All dogs don't bite people.

We should eliminate all people who say all dogs bite people.

How about we arrange a biting session for you, take your pick on which one you would prefer, fox terrier or pit bull.

All dogs don't bite people, but all breeds have, which I think is what you meant. All depends on the raising and training. Some very small dogs bite people. They just can't cause as much damage as the larger breeds.
