Do some pushups then go walk

Sure, not bad, better than nothing, but seriously, walking in the park or whatever 1 hour 5 days a week, will do exactly what you need, and a few power exercises with elastics will do alot more than investing in a balance vibration board.

If that's your only options to get your legs and body moving, go for it, maybe it is a start for something better and more sustainable?

Just remember, nothing comes for free, and nobody else is going to do the job for you, and no excuses will heal you either. You are the captain of your own life and health

I would ask the Dr if I had a history of hearth problems circulation issues like stroke before using any device like that. Oil massage or gentle massage is very good for circulation and stimulation, but you need to explain that no hard massage or tension on muscles and tissue.

Fact check: this is basically correct. Massage can be part of post-stroke comfort and rehabilitation, but deep or vigorous massage is discouraged when there may be blood clots, fragile blood vessels, poor sensation, or blood-thinner use. Electrical TENS/EMS devices need extra caution with pacemakers, rhythm problems, heart disease, and reduced sensation after stroke

I can do that.

In my dreams.
