Even more contentious is knowing Iran's defence manufacturing capability. That's even more vague. Before WW2, what was the US defence manufacturing capcity? And during WW2? Why did it get bigger. But you never questioned that, you only questioned the 50%.

Shell, BP, TotalEnergies, and ENI have all been building EV charging networks. Shell has so far installed 75,000. Total looks to get 150,000 by end of this year. American companies are a bit slower, but are also now starting to invest in charging networks,as the petrol station forecourt changes.

They are all heavily invested in battery technologies.
