Zak Polanski has just admitted he didn't pay Council tax thats against the law ? dont see many on here screaming for his arrest. As for Tommy Robinson, yes he did comit crimes which he has paid for, but it will not change the fact he can bring upto 50,000 onto the streets to protest. She did not ‘defraud the tax payer.

She paid the taxes due on the basis of flawed advice, self reported to HMRC, engaged a KC tax lawyer to sort out the complex tax/trust issues and on his expert advice paid the full tax due.

HMRC found no deliberate attempt to avoid taxes and therefore there are no grounds for prosecution.
