This is my fault. I ordered an air frier from Lazada with my app, I made a mistake and ordered two. It is not cash on delivery and the cash has been taken from my bank. Can I just go to my bank and cancel the payment of one of them?

Or ask delivery driver to take one of them back? What should I do? Thanks.

Yep .... Check the returns policy from the Lazada store. Returning only of the two may be complicated, so suggest you phone them first. You can normally return via a Kerry (or whatever they are called now) or Flash shop.

Yes.

Go to my orders and find the return button, and if not sent yet, look for the cancel order button

If the order can't be canceled, return one after delivery. I order dozens of items a month from Lazada and my experience has been good with the occasional return. And their help over the phone is excellent.

Yes. He will not have any authority to do this. You need to arrange to send it back, then when received they should give you a refund. But returns are normally for the whole order, not half, so I think you (or a Thai speaking friend) should phone them.

If the item is paid but not yet shipped it is easy to cancel it in the app. Refunds usually take only seconds if you have a Lazada wallet.

Hopefully as others have said you still have time to cancel, go into your account and view all orders and pick the one. If cancel isn't an option then follow the same process for return/refund.

The process is easy except finding an open drop off point, i prefer drop off to get rid of it straight away

I don't have a lazada wallet. I have never been a fan of their's.

Do you not get the Wallet as standard on both PC and App? Then you can get immediate refunds, quite often before the Return package has been collected.

You can only withdraw via the App, but it doesn't take long, 2 days.

Go onto the PC app, click on My Orders, click Return. Put photos of the item, damage, waybill, ask for Return Printout, although not always needed. Select pick-up company, day and method of refund. DONE!

I leave the package inside a downstairs window so the courier can see and take it without my needing to stay in.

This same thing happened to me several years ago. I mistakenly order 2 pairs of jogging shoes so that really didn't matter as I put one pair away for later use. Ever since then when I use Lazada I always use Cash On Delivery. One other thing if your not home and your order is COD the driver won't drop the item off at your front gate.

I bought something small from them (200 THB) 10 days ago. I never got a confirmation or order number, but they did manage to charge my credit card for the amount. My wife scolded me and told me everyone knows to pay cash on arrival with Lazada. I guess I can tell the credit card company about it - but then they'll charge me for their 'investigation' - seems easier/cheaper to just drop it

They will probably automatically refund to Lazada wallet which is ok, use it to buy stuff in the future

Your right Lazada are not any of the companies most people would like to deal with, If I lived nearer a city I would hardly ever need to deal with them.

They refund to card, not wallet if you paid with card, just got a refound for a late delivery, and every return I had, they sent back money to my card if I paid by card. Never wallet

Yeah strange that, my refund a few weeks ago automatically went to Lazada wallet even though i paid by QR code

Mate I did a similar thing only last week. I cancelled one of them no problem using the app . Money back and only one delivered.

How is it possible to unknowingly order 2, when you checkout you are given the amount to be paid.

I'd notice the price difference and investigate.

If it is too late to cancel you may well have a problem. Part of the return process is selecting a reason. As far as I recall there is no option for ordered by mistake. I would chat with the seller and see if you can come to an arrangement on the return. Seller approval is part of the return process.

Using the app I could not find the checkout, but that would be the normal if I could get into Lazada on my computer, all I have had is problems trying to do that over the past year or so.

Mate, at least you had them delivered, I am waiting on 2 orders I placed over 2 weeks ago, they have gone through customs but are scheduled for seller delivery and neither seller will answer my queries,. The sellers are a part of lazmall who guarantees delivery but they are not helping at all, they said to contact the sellers who refuse to answer, its one huge con with some sellers especially when lazadz is backing the seller & not the buyer

You've taken too long now to cancel but you can still return for refund when it arrives. Just take to drop off point using unpacked box

And you'll need a Return number from the store. If they didn't break the bank, one might make a nice Xmas gift! Less hassle, too.

Aside. I have settle on my fourth pair of shoes from Shopee. The first three weren't right and it's too much hassle to return them!

I would return both of them and then order one new one! Much easier!

In my experience it's pretty easy to cancel and return stuff.

I ordered a fan and what I got was a box full of fan parts.

I did a return request and they sent a delivery guy to take it back.

Very easy.
