How low can the Press go

Featured Replies

  • Popular Post

It's obvious there are news outlets trying to deliberately stir up hatred in the UK.

But how low in the gutter can they go.

Well the left leaning rag the guardian has gone one better.

In one breath it says keep constraint, don't be a far right fascist and yet their headline news today is about a protest outside Southampton police station.

All seems ok till you look at their picture, flames burning...in fact there were no flames only a few missiles thrown...this is typical lying lefty reporting

MMmmm.

Baansgr - I think the Police and UK Govt. have already acknowledged that something is seriously wrong, in that the Police have behaved in such a crazy way.

The Father, Mark Nowak is more understanding than you, despite his tragic loss - "Speaking outside the court, Nowak’s father, Mark Nowak, condemned what he called the “inhumane and degrading” treatment of his son by police, but added: “We do not want his death to be used to create further division, hatred or tension. We want his story to help make our streets safer for everyone.”

The incident has already led police chiefs to review part of their anti-racism commitments, after shadow home secretary Chris Philp claimed language in the preamble to the NPCC’s Race Action Plan could lead to bias."

As for your post, " All seems ok till you look at their picture, flames burning...in fact there were no flames only a few missiles thrown...this is typical lying lefty reporting".

Were you there ? The flames you show in that pic might have been real - however, FWIW, that pic is not on my screen copy of the Guardian . . . Perhaps it was an isolated incident, (not a library pic).

Baansgr - I see your post as an opportunistic attempt to blacken what you see as 'Lefties' and 'typical lying lefty reporting'. You couldn't resist!

Fair to say there was certainly something to protest about!

I can assure you it is the picture they used on the report, hence why I posted it. Do you think it's correct to use immflamotory pictures of something that did not occur for their own agenda?

@baansgr Do you really have to ask that?

Until people own their own statements, then yes it needs asking, even when you know what the answer should be.

Never mind the consequences, here comes Farage, Leader of the 'puff of wind' Party, exploiting this death, advocating an appetite, for 'pure cold rage'.

Bannsgr - btw it's 'you're' 🙃

I accept that the picture was in the Guardian but, in fairness, you don't KNOW that the picture was false.

I can't read thoughts myself, but the Guardian seem outraged by these events whilst 'puff of wind' Farage opportunes with advocating, 'pure cold rage'. Yes, very helpful . . .

No looting, no burning down shops or buildings, no toppling of statues and no masks, wouldn't exactly call them thugs. Maybe just people that are scared they may end up like the poor boy that was killed but on point and the topic in hand, why are the guardian deliberately trying to inflame tensions by using false photos of something they didn't happen in the advertised article..please someone explain to me???

How do you know that it's 'false' Baansgr ?

Or is it simply, that a presumption that it's 'false', suits your prejudice about 'leftness' ?

That should rile the far right fascists who read the Guardian eh? Cannot be many of them.

Regarding the post, it's already been reported to the ISPO. No place for false narratives

Only a fool dismisses the voters who have moved to Reform. They are there because the other political parties have failed them. The success of Reform in local council elections demonstrates that it is not a puff of wind party. The call for rage is intended to galvanise the public to hold labour and its police lackeys responsible for this horrible wrongdoing. The responsible parties are still in denial. The family of the killer were complicit in this crime and have yet to take responsibility for their wrongdoing. Hence, the rage. Has anyone in labour taken a knee for the victim? Have any of the people who rushed out to riot and loot under the guise of concern for BLM been moved to demand action because of this murder?

Why no link to the article?

For anyone that wishes to report the guardian, just take 15 minutes of your time. Bad, false reporting needs to be held to account.

The fascists are the ones on the left, just like the Nazis, short for (in German) the National Socialist party. Hitler was a Marxist, just like Starmer and the other power-hungry fascists in the current corrupt British Government. Their entire focus is on growing and protecting their voter base, not Britain itself.

Who else will at least attempt to counter the appalling DEI take-over of British civil services? It's now started killing innocent people. Where will it stop?

I know as most people do now. Selective reporting, pushing only one narrative. Everying the left says it stands against, is exactly what it stands for. There needs to be accountability

The Nazi/Hitler post has turned up already and its laced with the historical ignorance that’s a characteristic of such posts.

Bit ironic but hey-ho. Maybe do a spot of research then. It was only decided they should be called right-wing after the concentration camps were discovered.

Be honest now baansgr, did you actually read the Guardian article or was it fed you by some rage baiting source you frequent?

Apart from I doubt you ever read the Guardian, the lack of a supporting link suggests the latter.

Stuff fed you on the internet is not ‘research’.

I suggest you read some actual history.

"How low can the press go"? I don't think any lower than The Sun's Hillsborough coverage.

What did the guardian report about that tragedy in the last millennium?
