‘Delusional Insanity’: Trump's Wild New Claim Gets Hit

Featured Replies

  • Popular Post

President Donald Trump on Wednesday night bragged that America is respected around the world under his leadership.

“Tonight, as we stand at the edge of our 250th year of independence, I am thrilled to declare that America is back,” Trump said, then added:

“As you know very well, a short time ago we were a dead country. We were dead. Now we’re the hottest country anywhere in the world. We’re respected by everybody. Nobody’s laughing at us anymore. Two years ago, they were laughing. Now, we’re the most respected anywhere ― think of it ― anywhere in the world.”

However, the video evidence tells another story. Footage from last year, for example, showed several European leaders laughing over how Trump kept confusing Albania for Armenia. Leaders were also caught on camera laughing at his expense more than once during his prior term in office.

Some reactions on X:

  • Well, he's kind of right - USA is not a "joke" because jokes are funny. The US is a tragedy now.

  • He's the joke. Just ask the Iranians.

  • Nope- they’re laughing their asses off. Talk to Italy!

Anyone with a functioning brain should realized that Trump is a psychotic megalomanic with delusions of grandeur which far outstrips his position as the leader of US. If anything, Trump is a danger to US national security. Personally I'd be very happy if he was removed from office ASAP as he's a danger to our Republic. He's quite literal high on his own supply, if you get my drift.

"It hasn't turned into a banana republic under Trump."

Let me fix that sentence for you:

The US has turned into a banana republic under Trump. Washington is Pyongyang on the Potomac.

Listen to this sycophantic sphincter licking and tell me I'm wrong.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Kryvyi Rih Institute of Economics in Ukraine. He completed this degree at the Kyiv National Economic University in the year 2000. He studied law and is officially a trained lawyer.

He choosed to go join the production company Kvartal 95, which produced films, cartoons and TV shows, including the TV series Servant of the People, in which he played a fictional Ukrainian president. The series aired from 2015 to 2019 and was immensely popular.

No bankruptcy filings...

So who is the clown?

Troll posts asking about personal details removed. @marin this forum is open to everyone, discuss the topic, not other posters nationality, which is both irrelevant and against forum rules.

Yeah, it's somtimes boring to argue with certain people here...

On the other hand, it's not really fair to put all the "yanks" into the same pot. Remember, Trump is not very popular in the US (except for the MAGAS).

Definition:

Integrity means honesty, sincerity, and reliability. It describes a state in which your values and actions are in complete alignment. A person of integrity remains true to their own principles—especially when it is difficult or no one is watching.

Just to keep the balance :)

I know the definition ! Any why is it not fair to put all yanks together, they all bear responsibility for electing Trump

Trump’s presidency did not occur in a vacuum. In a democracy, leadership is not merely the product of those who cast votes for a candidate, but the culmination of societal forces, historical inequities, and collective inaction.

While it is tempting to place blame solely on the individuals who supported Trump at the polls, the reality is far more complicated. it becomes evident that each American plays some role in the broader public responsibility for enabling Trump’s rise, and for the subsequent damage wrought by his administration.

Even those who recognized Trump’s shortcomings should bear some responsibility if they did not work hard enough to enfranchise the disenfranchised, or work to promote reforms that encourage fairer voting practices.

an awareness of how an entire society can enable such a presidency is essential to preventing its recurrence. Accountability can begin in everyday spaces.

The Cabinet’s sycophantic sphincter licking was just a warmup — I heard they all lined up to f*lch the boss right after his Putin meeting in Alaska.

One delusion after another...such is a Trump speech.

"We were dead....etc."

Well, Donny, when we were "dead", inflation was lower, unemployment was lower, and growth was higher.

As for "respect", if we're so respected, why did nobody answer your call to come join the war or help open Hormuz? Why did countries close airspace to US military aircraft?

Trump boasted about a "deal" (where the US got hosed by Iran) and talked about the Strait being open, as if that is some great achievement, hoping people forget it was wide open on 27 February 2026. Donny's like the arson who expects praise for putting out the fire he started.

Better Donny channel Rodney Dangerfield than lie about "hottest" and "respected", and boast of getting to almost status quo ante, save for the death, destruction and wasted money.

Heck, Donny even claimed the Reflecting Pool was "perfect". Maybe he should have said, "I was against algae, before I was in favor of algae".

When even the cult members walked out from Trump's delusional ramblings, the end of MAGA is nigh.

Of course, we'll still have diehard unctuous sycophants parsing Donny's words and trying to explain to us "liberals" why Donny's right.
