Just a quick way to prove things without researching over a time period, just as you've done. I lived in America, and you haven't, yet are always at Americans when you know so very little of what goes on there, and again, won't admit where you were born. Not proud of your home country?

I just showed you something. You do realize presidents, and their mistakes, are put on the following one, as history has shown for centuries, and America seems to always come back. Population rises worldwide, and with that comes more problems. problems that weren't a problem earlier, so things have to be adjusted, and with those adjustments come mistakes, until they are corrected. I've been waiting all my life to see a president do all they've promised, and it explains why I remain neutral.

Who gives America the right "so things have to be adjusted" to be the worlds policeman !

You see Assumptions !!! yes i have lived and worked in the states for many years where i was born is irrelevant and nationality is an accident of birth, people shouldn't take personal credit for a country's achievements/ atrocities

And people shouldn't blame citizens of a country for what it's politicians end up doing. Your words, "people shouldn't take personal credit for a country's achievements/ atrocities" Kinda forgot what you've been saying all along eh? .................................. "All America is responsible for this moron even if you voted for him or not you have a moral responsibility. He is supposed to be your representative in the world !

The US is still a powerful country. It hasn't turned into a banana republic under Trump.

You have seen his cabinet haven’t you or are you so far gone that you have lost all contact with reality?yes the United States is indeed a very powerful country with the capacity to destroy life as we know it……with Donald John trumps finger on the trigger……that should give any lucid human great concern.he’s obvious control over the DOJ reeks of banana republic style of governance the rule by decree instead of legislation is another example…..but why waste my time responding to a trump supporter it’s a waste of time.mehh we will be done with his mess soon then we can get back repairing the damage.hey trump supporter here’s a little tidbit to knaw on for ya this abomination is responsible for 28% of the debt of our nation in it’s whole history…..some business man ehh??cheers!

How are you going to get rid of the moron trump out of office ??? America is Now a autocratic democracy run by trump, do you think a narcissist power driven moron is going to just simply go !! you must be dreaming !!

Flaming the US citizens is also against forum rules I would suspect. Asking you where you were born means nothing here besides the fact you won't admit to it because then history will show what your country has done wrong, meaning mostly it's politicians and military. I didn't alter a post out of context but corrected a typo, as I was talking to my daughter about her schoolwork also, so I went back and corrected it. You've been getting on US citizens' case all along, all because some voted for, and trusted in, a politician. That's exactly what happened in most if not all other countries at one time or another, including yes, yours.

He'll be gone eventually, as even his voters see him for what I did many years before. Half of my family voted for him, and some of them call him a liar now. It happens when you listen to other's advice, and videos, biased information, then make a decision. Sometimes you should just sit back and watch the reality, like I have all along. America is not run just by Trump. Congress is also involved. He won't leave until his time is up. Then Americans will put their trust in another politician, hoping he does what he promises. Kinda like history has shown worldwide.

I'm sure much of what he says is done without much prior thought, and that's how he is. Getting older doesn't help him much, as his vocabulary has always been somewhat limited. He has many intelligent people backing him who he gets many of his ideas from.

Threatening others is part of the game, as it keeps them guessing, which is a good tactic. What he actually does is different.

He does respond to attacks quicker now than others have, and that's to be understood, not letting anyone get over on the US anymore. Prior presidents caused a lot of problems giving in to terrorist regimes, and even supplying some, and had them turn around and kill with those supplies.

Many dead terrorists, which will possibly deter other's who want to try the same things. Iran's citizens knowing the US is on their side, so they can now take matters into their own hands, hopefully, and stop the regime from killing innocents because they want change. Other countries now looking at how the US can kick ass in a short time when screwed with, unlike what other presidents didn't do, and I'm not a Trump fan but knew all along what America was capable of if someone took the initiative.

The regime in Iran is even more extreme than the one it replaced. Iran's citizens are justifiably bitter about America's failure to support them with a ground invasion. Among the terrorist dead, there are 165 innocent schoolkids. Iran's control over the Strait of Hormuz is now explicit.

Let me know when you succeed in extracting your head from your rectum.

Bottom line

Not supported broadly by global opinion data → respect (in terms of favorability/trust) declined in many countries. 😅

The claim is subjective and politically interpreted, not a clear factual consensus.

Subjective claims or opinions are personal feelings or interpretations.

Objective facts exist independently of personal beliefs, opinions, or interpretations

Different! 😄

Let me know when you'll stop looking at the obvious and concentrate on the end result. You hate America, so best to take that prejudice elsewhere, as that's the reason things like wars happen.

Bringing up an accident about the school is lame, as it happens in every war, and Iran alone has killed thousands of their own people, and will continue unabated until something is done about it.

What has Australia done about helping Iran's citizens?

The Strait is open, and now Iran's citizens can take matters into their own hands. Up to them, or allow it to continue. Iran tries terrorism outside it's country again, it will see what real destruction means, as the US didn't show but a sample of what it can do military wise. Iran's citizens do not want US troops there, as does anyone else............

Most citizens in Iran do not feel bitter about the lack of U.S. ground troops. Instead, opinions are mixed. While some who desire regime change initially supported foreign intervention, many others firmly oppose foreign occupation, fearing the devastating costs of war and the destabilization of their country.

Perspectives within the Iranian populace generally divide into several camps:

  • Desire for Internal Liberation: Many Iranians desperately want the theocratic government to end, but they largely believe regime change should come from within—driven by public mobilization rather than foreign ground forces, whose arrival many fear could lead to widespread destruction and civilian casualties.Deep Distrust of Western Intervention: With the long historical shadow of past interventions (such as the 1953 coup), a significant portion of the population is skeptical of U.S. motives and strongly rejects any form of foreign military footprint, viewing it as a violation of sovereignty.

  • Shift to Anti-War Sentiment: As the conflict shifted toward degrading military capabilities rather than direct regime overthrow, anxiety over the conflict has heightened. The devastation of early U.S. and Israeli airstrikes has led many to prioritize immediate peace and survival over the prospect of foreign military salvation.

  • Nationalist and "Rally 'Round the Flag" Effects: The external threat has caused some citizens—even those deeply dissatisfied with the regime—to express resentment toward foreign military actions and lean toward nationalist sentiments rather than backing U.S. intervention.

  • Like i said, up to them now.

Having Trump on your mind 24/7 isn't a healthy thing, as it keeps one one sided thinking, not allowing the real reasons things happen to evolve.

Your head might take some removal, as it's clearly one sided and buried in prejudice.

Dear Fredwiggy

The estimated cost of the war has so far cost US taxpayers around 40 billion US dollars.

The MOU has been made and agreed by Iran and USA. That is where the good news ends. The deal itself is horrifically lopsided. Iran gets most of what it wants, and it gets it up front—before negotiations on a final deal even start. The United States gets very little. Israel gets even less. And there are still a great many trap doors through which Iran can escape, or through which the whole thing can fall apart.

Israel, notably, is implicitly included in this agreement. But did Israel actually agree to this?

Then there’s the money. Iran is in line for an estimated $300 billion in “reconstruction and economic development” funds.

Immediate waivers letting Iran sell oil - more cash for Tehran - starting now. Same with the release of frozen assets, which the text says must be “made fully usable for payment to any ultimate beneficiary designated by the Central Bank of Iran.”

What did the United States get?

Commercial vessels get to transit the Strait of Hormuz “with no charge for 60 days only.”

Then there’s the disposition of the enriched uranium, which has long been a U.S. redline. The framework’s “minimum methodology” is “downblending on site,” meaning Iran keeps control of both the material and the process—including who gets in to help and how.

It's ok to be proud of your country. But please do not insult our intelligence by trying to portray the current US administration as if they were doing a good job. Not today and also not in a few years.

I know what's been going on also. All I'm saying is that things take time to see what the endgame was supposed to be. Mistakes are made in all conflicts, including this one. Having Israel involved of course has their agenda attached, and it's not easy when you have two powers trying to do the same jobs with differing ideas on what they should accomplish.

Wars always cost money, and some solve problems while some make more or different ones.

This conflict involved terrorists who were killing and hurting their own people, and still likely are, as we see how some not wearing their correct costumes are treated. Will it change their thinking is anyone's guess, and will Iran's people, who are the ones taking the most abuse, rise up and say we've had enough? Trump's going to do what he always does, and when a deal is finalized we will see what damage has been done along with what progress can be made.

You yanks do not learn, nation building, regime change do not work !! Take Afghanistan & Iraq the U.S. undertook massive, costly 20-year efforts to build governments from the ground up. These campaigns faced severe local insurgencies, corruption, and instability, ultimately proving that foreign-imposed democracy requires deep societal roots that are extremely difficult to engineer by force. The US failed ! but yet again Trump wanted regime change in Iran failed !! it is time for America to mind its own bussines look at your own people first, what happened to "America First" seemed again failing !! Trump is doing the same starting a war then run away and leave the mess same as Afghanistan & Iraq learn your leasson !

You're still lumping. Not all Americans want wars, nor approve of all the government does. Remember there were times in history when America saved the world from tyranny. It does make mistakes and some don't see what the end results are until later. You nor many others don't fully understand all of what goes on in international matters, and listening to a few videos that are likely biased doesn't give the full truth. This is why I always wait and see.

I've been a history buff all along, and know what America has done as far as helping other countries. It doesn't matter if it was an allied victory. Without the US's involvement, it would have gone on a lot longer, and as far as Japan, could have been a lot worse. You keep coming back yet claim no country, maybe from being ashamed, so again I ask, where were you born?

I'm not asking you for your nationality but your birth country, to see what they've done positive and the mistakes their politicians have made, while the citizens stood back with hope.

You're big time against America, lumping Americans into what the military and government has done, and still don't realize it isn't Americans fault for hoping to trust a politician, as this happens worldwide. If you hate Trump, that's fine, as he is a miscreant, although he's done some good.

Where did I say the world doesn't turn without America? Not good to put words in another's mouth but to stick with what's actually said.

All countries benefit from American trade, as does America.

All countries are America, seeing some don't realize that.

America did save the world from tyranny, many times, including in America. That they had help is obvious.

Just shows how naive you are, All country's make mistakes, some more that others. and as my birth country it is none of your business and again, i reiterate it is against forum rules to ask a poster his personnel business, Far from it hating America it was once a great country a thriving democratic country, but what is it now an failing autocratic democracy run by a madman, who does not care about the people, the world is laughing at America, you are doing it to yourself look at the latest debacle, the reflecting pool, do you not realize this has gone world wide, and it is showing the world how very poor American workmanship and quality is !! and how corrupt your government is !!

Now why i lump Americans into one is you are a nation !! not individuals A nation is fundamentally a collection of people who share a collective identity, typically based on a common culture, therefore you are All responsible for what happens as a nation

America did save the world from tyranny, many times keep on think that America arrogance
