I'm going for my first extension of visa based on marriage to a Thai national (female). She is currently the bread winner of the family due to my studies. She pays the required taxes.

From my knowledge, i need...

1. marriage certificate

2. document stating her wage and tax payments

3. house registration

4. I.D

Have i left anything out! Thanks in advance!

1. Marriage certificate and copy

2. Tax information for the last three months or year (exact requirements vary).

3. Home register of wife and copies.

4. ID card of wife and copies.

5. Photos together in home, closet with both clothing hung together, together outside house with number visible.

6. Passport/copies, arrival card/copies.

7. 4x6 cm photo within last six months.

8. They may still want a bank passbook/bank letter but don't know that for sure.

9. TM.7 filled out with payment of 1,900 baht

10. A non immigrant visa. Or convert at extra step/cost.

11. Wife with you.

12. There may be requirement for rental paperwork if not living in home register residence but not sure on that either.

Photos for an extension? Are you sure? I extended already 5 times and needed the photos only the first year. WCA

The thread title is "first extension based on marriage". The first post confirms it is the "first". Photos will be required the "first" time.

You're right! Sorry. (Don't want stir up fault information like so many other people do this days)

Was going to include :o but some object to any humor. It is very easy to miss a word here and there and I do it myself many times (a day).

Well, better brings those pictures anyway ... just in case.

In my last extension (not the first one), the officer did have a look at them briefly and gave them back to us.

Yes. Never a bad idea to take every thing you can think of. It could save a waisted journey.
