The save act has a lot more that just that !! but the problem is how do you do that, as i already explaned to you but you dont seem to comprhend that

Nope. I understand. If you vote you must be a citizen which you have to prove. Same for all nations? So far no-one has stated any other nation where proof of citizenship is not required to enroll to vote.

Yes, the right wants to limit voting to citizens only, that's why the left opposes it.

Do you think they should be allowed to vote?

I dont care !! iam not a yank but remember your country was built on immigrates

Well that's the argument from the left and MSM. Others say it's to guarantee that only US citizens can vote.

Time and time again it has been shown, that illegals voting is not an issue. Therefore only the gullible fall for this.

It was not built on illegal immigrants. It was built by Americans.

E pluribus unum

Yep. Legal immigration.

Shown by who?

So why should people not have to show ID to vote?

Proof of citizenship to enroll to vote and ID to vote. Surely this is the global standard. Why the fuss from the progressive left?

If she wants to run, she should run,

After Trump and thank God there will eventually be an after Trump, it's clear that Americans are no longer very interested in more conventional politicians with more normal resumes.

So really for either party, almost anything goes.

On the R side Jew hating, Putin loving, demagogue Tucker Carlson has a real shot as does nepo baby total moron totally unqualified maga fascist DJTJ.

So it wouldn't be very surprising at all if the Ds go with a populist like AOC.

Personally I'm liking JB Pritzger a lot but he has a more conventional resume, but being billionaire fighting for more economic equality is a bit different. Yes, hes a populist as well.

Trump sort of did that in his marketing lies as he's a fake populist, but I think JB is actually sincere.

This is just childish. Australia was in the same boat. Needed immigration to help build the nation.

Good choice if the Democrats' chief goal is showing the world how "progressive" they are and don't give a damn about getting elected.

Otherwise suicidal. But I wouldn't be at all surprised.

You're thinking in conventional terms as if these are normal times and as if the US is still a normal country.

If she's up against Tucker Carlson who is a totally absurd choice for president, she would be quite competitive.

Interesting you say this because Trump is far from your conventional politician. He pretty much does what he says he's going to do.

I am not so sure there will be an after trump for a long time yet !! they are laying the ground work for 2018 !!!

We've been told on this forum for years now that fascists are in charge. So there won't be an election.

Yet here we are saying after Trump. Makes total sense. How laughable.

Well I was going to say something like that. There will literally be an after Trump as he's mortal. But it is a very open question whether there will be future real elections in 2028 or even 2026. Russian has elections. They aren't real. Trump has made a lot of "progress" moving the USA to be more like Putin's Russia.

Yeah, the fat, white, billionaire, anti-Israel JB Pritzger is perfect for the left. He should convert to Islam if he wants a shot in the primary.

Current polling of Democrats' candidate preferences for 2028 have Kamala leading the pack.

And 77% of Democrats polled believe there has been a "genocide" in Gaza.

And a majority of Democrats polled don't think undocumented immigration during the Biden administration was too much.

It's like they don't want to win elections.

I don't believe what you posted about immigration. Post evidence.

He's lost a lot of weight. Proof he is running.

I don't think putting American interests first over Israeli is being anti-Israel per se.

Yeah, Tim Walz too. Ozempic.

He supports blocking U.S. arms sales to Israel.

Among those frequently cited are Gavin Newsom, governor of California; former vice president Kamala Harris; Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer; former transportation secretary Pete Buttigieg; Pennsylvania governor Josh Shapiro; and Kentucky governor Andy Beshear.

Ok, let's go through these one after another.

  1. Newsom: Status quo mainstream candidate and the rest of the country doesn't want to look like CA, except for the weather in SC.

  2. Harris: Hilariously inept as we found out the first time. Begone, loser.

  3. Whitmer: Fantastic! Charismatic, witty and a proven administrator.

  4. Buttigieg: Transportation Sec. par inexcellence, mealy-mouthed, and, I'll just come out and say it, USA isn't ready yet for a gay candidate.

  5. Shapiro: AIPAC? No.

  6. Beshear: Never heard of him.

  7. Forgot, AOC: Telegenic but lacks gravitas. Can be a forceful leader in the House, a younger Pelosi, and visit the WH with cameras in tow. But live there? No.

The Dems should've put up Whitmer in '24 after a quickie primary but they never mustered the balls. And here we are with a 100-year-old adolescent f*** up in the WH.
