Straw man fallacy

And the fact this is just sensationalist nonsense doesn't surprise me - 'why not help the Sikh guy kill the white kid - Really? Really?

As you are no doubt aware but conventiently forget to mention, the two brothers involved did not "walk free" but rather faced a hung jury . The jury failed to reach verdicts on charges but Mohammed Amaaz was found guilty at a previous trial in 2025 of assaulting a member of the public and two female police officers. He has been remanded in custody, awaiting sentencing and although Muhammad Amaad was discharged without a verdict in the latest trial, he still remains on bail with further legal steps to be determined by the CPS whether they intend to pursue a third trial.

Still cra**ing on about this one I see despite it being over 2 years old. As the learned man you undoubtedly are, you will be no doubt aware Jones was suspended from his political party and arrested by the Met on suspicion of encouraging murder - so in other words he faced the exact same justice system as your beloved Lucy Connely. The BIG difference of course is he pleaded not guilty AND A JURY OF HIS PEERS agreed with him.

You continue to try to push this narrative of a 2-tier system or that it's directly Starmers fault or the justice system is somehow 'broken' but you always conveniently forget that the justice system is in fact the same for everyone. Jones was arrested by the police exactly the same as Connely, Amaaz and Amaad - all of their offences were deemed suitable for trial by the Crown Prosecution Service and they were all given the chance to defend themselves in a court of law. It's no-one elses fault that Connely was stupid enough to plead guilty and therefore made prosecution and sentencing a foregone conclusion (and yes, once again, we all know you thoughts on this so please don't bore us again). So if all of that is the same then it must come down to something else surely? Now I wander what that can be? Lets look at the clues (let's take you back to the scene of the crime so to say) - if it's not the police and it's not the CPS and it's not the courts and judges don't get to decide a verdict then I wonder what on earth it can be? What part of the whole system can perhaps prove very random and prone to individual thoughts and feeling? Couldn't have something to do with the 12 random people that are cobbled together and asked for their thoughts on the whole matter and who (as with Amaaz and Amaad) can sometimes not even make up their mind.

So what's it to be Jonny? There are proposals to do away with jury trials in many cases in the UK (which I remember you being against) and just having magistrates but since that's the system we currently have then I'm afraid that's what we have to live with. We all know it's not perfect but we also know it;s got nothing to do with '2-tier this' and '2-tier that' and certainly nothing to do with Starmer who you try to blame for literally everything.

You have zero objectivity, zero balance and therefore zero clue.

Old arguments that i have disproven countless times.

You can keep gaslighting but as the local elections have shown the electorate have woken up to the charlatans running the country and their apologists like you.

Roll on the general election.

How so?

Perfectly happy thanks.😄 I left in 2006 best decision I ever made. Saw the writing on the wall.

In the process of selling up my rental properties as we speak. You liberals can live in your own mess. Like many hard working self made Brits - I'm out but dont worry an unskilled dinghy diver on benefits will replace me. 😄

Got some bad news for you Jonny:

Wherever you go you'll be taking yourself along with you.

Very very well said. And I admire your patience of explaining it all for the umpteenth time.

But it'll change nothing, the same boring "two tier" cliches will be back in the next post, as will his hand wringing about white people being oppressed.

Of course it changes nothing with the likes of ol' Jonny boy but it might help educate others who read these things but are from another country. They may have little to no knowledge of the UK justice system but follow an on-going and much pushed narrative these days of the UK being a sharia state, lanquishing in squalor and overrun by muslims arriving by the hundreds of thousands on dinghy's.

The UK justice system has been around for literally hundreds of years and is the template for approx. 80 other countries including the USofA, but if you listen to the likes of Jonny you'd be forgiven that it now only exists to stiffle free speach, cover up peodophile gangs and let criminals get off scott free. Of course nothing could be further from the truth and as much as you'll never get objectivity from the likes of Jonny, I don't think everyone else should have to listen to just one, very biased side of the story.

The justice system will change very shortly if DEI Lammy gets his way and vastly reduces the use of juries.

Add to that his 2 tier sentencing guidelines that were temporarily shelved and the subjugation of the British people that he and Labour hates will be almost complete.

Denial of these things in 3..2..1...

In your own, heavily biased mind perhaps. Certainly not on here.

Jonny this is puerile piffle.

The world is not like this, not even the UK. You really don't have to live in a state of permanent neurotic fear.

55555 ... See what I mean?

Unhappy and angry wherever you are. It doesn't have to be like that Jonny. Reality is really not all that bad. Try it some time.

I'm guessing if the rapists of the white girls were Pakistani, Indian or Black, the sentences would have been much different.

Stop lieing.

You know they proposed it same as I do. Its outrage from people like me that stopped this racist DEI "piffle".

Sentencing guidelines delayed after 'two-tier' row

It comes after the government said it would pass an emergency law to override the guidance.

Unhappy?😃

I really enjoy pointing out your stupidity. I also love living here in Thailand, its a fantastic place devoid of all the woke PC nonsense that is ruining the uk. Best decision i ever made. Chefs kiss.

If you work hard and save maybe you can return one day 😃

If the Rochdale grooming gangs are anything to go by, the police cover up would have prevented it ever getting to court.

Can't risk being called racist.

So lets just get this straight, the '2-tier' justice system that you are trying to convince everyone as being the brainchild of Starmer and the Labour party was in fact blocked by Shabana Mahmood. the LABOUR party's own Home Secretary. From the article you posted from the BBC -

'Shabana Mahmood, the justice secretary, believed the proposals from top judges would have created a "two-tier" justice system' and 'following the Sentencing Council refusing Mahmood's demands to reconsider, she was set to overrule them with emergency legislation.'

So in fact it's Labour (of which Starmer is the PM) that is blocking the 2-tier system. Am I missing something or is that exactly the opposite of what you are trying to get everyone to believe?

It originated from Lammy. He was heavily involved in the foundation of the guidelines and the sentencing Council used Lammys research to back up their proposal and waited for a compliant Labour government before finally pushing them through.

When the public (people like me) saw it and went ballistic at the blatant overt racism, they had to reluctantly walk it back.

So yes Labour's racist fingerprints were all over it. It originated from their Deputy PM for God's sake.

Good to see you've gone from "you're imagining it" to "ok it happened bit it wasn't us guv honest" though. Finally you are making progress. Of sorts 😃
