Yonks ago in Phuket, I was called upon (as a Tourist Police Volunteer) to come quickly to Naithon beach where a foreign female had 'stripped naked and was running up and down the beach making sexual proposals to everyone".

Naturally, I jumped into my truck and broke the speed limit to get to the beach, where I witnessed said female indeed making particularly suggestive comments, and was being 'fended off' by some sort of long spear by a local Thai woman.

Unfortunately, the woman was not my type! She was about 70 years old and clearly had forgotten to take her medication lol! I learnt later that I was called upon to help because it was common knowledge in the local community that my Thai wife was equally as mad as this foreign woman, and therefore I probably knew how to calm her down.

An ambulance arrived, with a female nurse and 4 strong guys. I tried to calm the naked woman down, but she wasn't 'on this planet'. So I gave up and the 4 strong guys literally jumped on her, tied her to the stretcher and off she went with her husband in tow... :)
