I've never reported my address to immigration before as I've never stayed 90 days without leaving the country. Anyway, I last entered about 3 months ago on my non imm O years extension. It was about to expire so I extended it at immigration by a further year about a month ago. So, the question is, should I report my address 90 days from my last entry (now), or 90 days from my last extension (another two months)?

Thanks in advance

Extension of period of stay does not re-start the clock for the 90 days reporting, arrival from abroad does.

Thanks for that, I had better go today as I think it's about 92 days now. Do you know what the penalty will be for being 2 days late?

90 Day reporting has a 7-Day window on either side of 90 day date... so 2 days late is still within reporting window... No Fine or penalty.

Did you already have a one year extension of stay prior to last months extension or were you only using 90 day entries of a multi entry visa prior to that time? The "first" TM.7 application for an extension of stay counts as a address report so if you were just using 90 day entry of a one year mutli entry visa prior to last month that would be your first report and your first TM.47 address report would be due about two months from now. But if you were on an immigration extension of stay and last month was your second or more extension the 90 day could would be from date of arrival (tm.6).

I already had a one year extension, so I'll have to report now, thanks for the explanation.
