Transgender woman removed from female nudist beach in Switzerland

I would not feel that confortable to see a 12 year old girl have to go to a ladies only toilet and have a shemale peeing standing up in the toilet just next to her...

If a 12-year old doesn't know male and female anatomy & biology, she'll be preggers at 13.

Transvestite, transgender is just a fantasy, not reality and they will always be male no matter how many pills or surgery they do.

Perhaps out resident gays could shed some light.

If the nudist beach allows men to use it then it is no longer a female nudist beach. It is a mixed sex nudist beach and should be labeled as such so women can make an informed choice if that is where they want to go.

No labels are necessary, only respect.

Modesty is part of being a moral person. Showing off to others who don't want to see you is immoral and against the law, and children can see. Everyone knows what everyone else has, so there's no need to show it to everyone. I had a 10 body most of my life and never showed it off the wrong way. Nothing to do with being ashamed but proper. A nude beach is okay because everyone, adults, are nude. I'll let AI explain it............

Showing oneself nude to strangers without their agreement is wrong primarily because it violates personal boundaries, disregards consent, and frequently breaks the law.

Lack of Consent and Harm

  • Non-consensual exposure: Forcing an unsuspecting person to view your body strips them of their choice and right to not participate.

  • Emotional distress: Many people feel shocked, fearful, offended, or violated when confronted with unexpected nudity.

  • Psychological impact: Unsolicited exposure—whether in person or online—can make victims feel unsafe in public or digital spaces.

Legal and Social Consequences

  • Indecent exposure: Exposing private body parts in public places without permission is classified as a crime (such as indecent exposure or flashing) in most jurisdictions, leading to fines or jail time.

  • Underlying disorders: In psychology, compulsive and non-consensual exposure for sexual arousal is known as exhibitionism or Exhibitionistic Disorder, which often requires professional treatment when it causes distress or harms others.

  • This from a link also, from a valid website

  • Causes

While little is known about the risk factors for the development of exhibitionistic disorder in males, they can include antisocial personality disorder, alcohol abuse, and an interest in pedophilia. Other factors that may be associated with exhibitionism include sexual and emotional abuse during childhood and sexual preoccupation in childhood.

  • Exhibitionistic disorder is a condition marked by the urge, fantasy, or act of exposing one’s genitals to non-consenting people, particularly strangers.

This condition is considered a paraphilic disorder, which refers to persistent and intense atypical sexual arousal patterns that are accompanied by clinically significant distress or impairment.

People with exhibitionistic disorder may have a preference to show their genitals to prepubescent children, adults, or both. Some people may deny that they show their genitals to unsuspecting others or deny that this act causes them distress; if they have indeed exposed themselves repeatedly to non-consenting people, they may still receive a diagnosis of exhibitionistic disorder............https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/conditions/exhibitionism

Morals, well I'll have to think about that. Perhaps others may see things in me I don't see myself.

I'm certainly not "flashing" anybody nor am I an exhibitionist! I'm just having a shower. If anyone doesn't like it, they don't need to look, do they.

I'm on my own property. Private not public. There is nothing remotely sexual about having a shower!

If anybody get's PTSD from seeing a 76-year old having a shower, there's a shrink I can recommend. I only get a modest commission.

I just listed what they were. I have gays in my family and accept them as they are, even though I disagree with their choices. We aren''t to judge how a person sees themselves. That's God's work.

Not a "choice", Brother.

Yeah, I've been there too. A lady with a clipboard told me I was across a invisible line on the beach and the rich people with giant houses could be offended. Yeah, that why you buy an oceanfront mansion on Moremesa because you hate nudity.

Those Mexicans too cheap to go to Zipolite. Durango cowboys, in case you didn't know where all the Spanish there were from. 😀

Ah, you've just reminded me of Little or Makena Beach on Maui. It's in a state park and has been nude forever. But...I was too lazy to climb the cliffs to that beach. So I took off my suit (no tie) and plopped myself down to read James Michener's Hawai'i.

They were building a fancy-ass hotel up on top of the cliffs so the police were busy, as always, protecting the money. No uniform, this little guy heads right for me and says, "Put on your suit!" So I did, I had no wish to offend anybody.

A little while later I seem him climb down the cliffs with a line of maybe 13 people from Makena in line behin him. Again, he made a beeline for me. He said, "You should have left when you had the chance!"

I took that moment to strip off my suit and throw it as far as I could and insisted on being arrested naked. Got a few looks at the cop shop! Faraway court date.

There may still be a warrant out for this old criminal in Hawai'i! My wife had taken a photo--nude--of me on the beach. I printed an 8x10 and mailed it to the cop for his pinboard.

No one wants to see you naked .

Put some clothes on or go somewhere secluded where there's no other people

Gender is in our DNA and cannot be altered by dressing up and calling yourself Shirley.

Shirley Temple would be a great name for a Thai ladyboy.

I'm betting that at least 3 members on here will say they do have the right' to visit, I will leave the guessing to you or just wait for them to wake up🤔

You are all excited about an incorrect presentation of an event from June. The events as described in this thread are not accurate. The video is intentionally misleading. The person who was removed was in the right and did nothing wrong. She was allowed entry.

Access regulations for the separate women's area "Paradiesli"

All individuals who identify as women and live as such have access to the voluntary nudist area "Paradiesli" (Little Paradise). Internal guidelines, developed by the Sports Office in conjunction with the Office for Gender Equality, assist staff on-site in managing access to gender-segregated areas, including "Paradiesli." These guidelines state that, in exceptional circumstances, the official gender recorded on an identity document takes precedence. The individual in question met the access requirements.

https://www.bern.ch/mediencenter/medienmitteilungen/aktuell_ptk/vorfall-mit-polizeieinsatz-im-freibad-marzili

For those who are interested in the actual facts;

The "Paradiesli" is a voluntary nudist area for women in a physically separated section in the southeastern part of the Marzili outdoor swimming pool. On Sunday evening, a woman was present at the Marzili who, due to certain physical characteristics, was perceived as non-female by other bathers. Several female visitors to the "Paradiesli" felt disturbed by her presence. Other female visitors expressed solidarity with the woman. Due to the increasingly tense atmosphere, the pool management approached the woman and asked her to leave the "Paradiesli."

The security service's presence and prevention team failed to calm the situation, the company, fearing escalation, mistakenly opted for a police-ordered removal of the trans woman. The tense atmosphere led to this misjudgment of the situation. The Directorate for Education, Social Affairs and Sport expressly regrets this decision and apologizes to the woman affected.

If they wanted to block the entry of transgenders then the regulations would have been different. The right or the wrong of the event isn't at issue here. The rules of entry allowed the use of the space by this person. If the intent is to exclude the person, then change the posted rules.

If you show yourself where others can see you, that's exhibitionism, as you also know they can see you. A shower can be very sensual, which is part of sexuality, but should be done with another, in an enclosed space. Do you not have a shower inside or with a door?

The old geezers who proclaim they shower naked outside in full view of neighbors are most likely 12 cans short of a six pack.

totally agree.

with all those weirdos lurking out there and some at young girls, I plainly just never let my 10 year old nieces go alone to the toilet or any public place. I almost punched a old falang pig sometime back, who was indecently staring at her in a McDonalds in London.

In all honesty, I've never even heard of a nude beach segregated by gender. Some are informally separate for gays & families. Freikörperkultur (FKK) or 'free body culture' has been normalised in Germany "Rooted in the late 19th-century Lebensreform movement, it views the unclothed body as a natural, shame-free expression of health, equality, and personal freedom."

The highlighted sentence in German:

"Sie wurde am Sonntag auf Anweisung des Betriebs von der Polizei aus dem «Paradiesli» gebracht, dem FKK-Bereich für Frauen."

Translated by google:

"On Sunday, she was removed by the police from the "Paradiesli"—the women-only nudist area—at the facility's request."

Once I was a man trapped in a woman’s body. Then I was born.

Were you actually trapped? You were in development. Had you been "liberated" after 1 month, I believe the correct term of use would then be aborted.

Nobody appreciates a man occupying space in a woman's environment with their entire package intact. One can make an argument that in order to have rights as a transgender one must have undergone all the sex change operations required to qualify. Otherwise it's just silly societal wishy-washy "I prefer to identify as a woman" nonsense.

No society should be compelled to accommodate a group that is likely 0.01% of the population. EVER.

Oh, fer Chrissakes, Fred, don't wanta be naked and bathe like a nun, be my guest! Sensual shower, I'm forever blowing Bubbles, who's Bubbles?!? We have a bathtub, which I have not used in 37 years. My outdoor shower was the first thing I built in this house. Just couldn't wait to exhibit myself to the neighbours, of course. If you ever have the chance to have an outdoor shower, believe me, you'll never go back to those claustrophobic, enclosed spaces!

Uptight much? Better not bring her to Pattaya!

Good Goddess, paranoiacs live among us! They could even most in nedxt door! Who's that peering between the blinds?

I don't think it was any more dangerous when we were kids and we were allowed to roam everywhere, boys and girls.

By "woman's environment", are you implying women only?

Because at all nude beaches, men & women mix freely with no hassles I've ever seen.

Rapists. child molesters and serial killers have been around all along. More media now than before. John Wayne Gacy was a respected member of the town, helped out socially, and was a clown for children until they caught him.

No, I just prefer being moral, and legal, and not showing off to anyone I'm not already intimate with. I've had and used outdoor showers, while at guests houses and hunting camps, but there were doors so no one would see, especially any children. Many locals dislike foreigners here, and will use any excuse to oust you. Having one of their children see you naked could be a one way ticket out of Thailand.

Yes. A women's environment, like a locker room, bathroom, etc.

So does that mean people need to live scared, afraid of their own shadows? Packing heat...just in case. Even if you're a gunster, good chance you wouldn't even see it coming.

I actually once had a whole family (including children) take my picture in my shower and laughed and laughed. So did I.

After 37 years in my outdoor shower, I highly doubt anybody's going to toss me out. It's not indecent exposure, it's a shower! People aren't supposed to look into other people's windows , are they? To p rotect people's privacy. Same principle.

If children don't know girls' and boys' body parts, that's an invitation to molestation.

No, it means you prepare for any trouble, stay away from bad areas, trust few and do what you can to protect yours.

You might want to read that link I sent. It explains what exhibitionism is. An outdoor shower exposes people to naked people. That's what indoor showers and doors are for.

There are plenty of moral people around and there are laws. Molestation happens when people, especially children, aren't taught what bad touch means while very young, that you don't trust anyone you don't know. Children don't need to see naked men to learn about body parts. School is supposed to teach them after parents do, if they're around at all.

Don't let your children around anyone you can't fully trust, let them know what to do if they're made to feel uncomfortable, and extreme prejudice towards anyone who touches your child.
