Transgender woman removed from female nudist beach in Switzerland

Featured Replies

Sado Wednesday will be for BDSM and SM people only. They can bring whips but strictly no flogging on the beach when toddlers are playing ball.

Transvestite, transgender is just a fantasy, not reality and they will always be male no matter how many pills or surgery they do.

Perhaps out resident gays could shed some light.

I have seen people naked in public. I just walked on. If they decide to have sex on a beach, at least do it without any spectators. It's not my business unless I see children observing, where I would try and get them to look away.

The more I think about it, the more sensible your answer is. Not staring (or videoing!) affords them their privacy. And no reason for children to watch, though I'm sure they'd be curious.

Big fuss all over with these gender issues...but by a divine miracle no new media reports nor court cases against all those top level politicians all over the World or top level business CEO's involved in Epstein's dirty games,

Autogynephiles, with the world at their feet, everyone pretending along. But ready to pop off the moment their delusion is f****d with.

Here's one more.

"I understand why some people (female SA-survivors) might be afraid (of males), but I tend to try not to make my trauma other people's problem." This man thinks his right to whip his d**k out in the women's sauna, is more important than women's, and specifically female SA-survivors, right to single-sex spaces. He can't go use the men's or unisex sauna because of reasons, but female SA-survivors should "stop making their trauma his problem and go to therapy".

"Transgenderism" or what ever you call this mental illness is a perverts rights movement.

Perfectly normal. Of course they should be allowed in same room with underage girls.

Modesty is part of being a moral person. Showing off to others who don't want to see you is immoral and against the law, and children can see.

What is it with bringing children in this discussion?

Here in Germany, at the local lake, there is, of course, a nudist area. The local bike path to the next village goes right through it, it is demarkated from the lawn for the normal swimmers only by a sign, so whole families sunbathe or picnic just beside it.

At this particularly lake, this area is there only since the last 25 years, but I know other places, where this is normal for a 100 years or more.

If children would choose to ride their bike along this path, as many do, or simply walk up to this part of the lawn, nothing would prevent them from seeing "everything" (I have been along this path with my daughter, without a second thought).

There is no reason to: this is the normal human body; we all have them, actually, children themselves have them. Laying on a lawn in the sun is not a sexual act, so there is no issue, at all.

Look at who I was replying to and why. I don't make up the links or stats, so you can read them here also. I'm not talking about nudist beaches. Also, following me around with thumbs downs , especially when I'm posting facts and about moral issues regarding protecting children, doesn't look good..............https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/biochemistry-genetics-and-molecular-biology/exhibitionism

Why bring children into this discussion?

This is the most disturbing video you will see all day. Director of education for HiTops, an LGBTQ+ nonprofit focused on bringing queer theory and gender ideology into schools, says that the most critical time to get in the classroom are grades 5-8, to “catch kids when they’re starting puberty.” She goes onto say the the most rewarding experience for her was after going into an elementary school, 5 of students went to the principal’s office and “came out.” This is simply demonic.

But they’re not coming for your kids, right?

Does anyone here feel a man has a right to go to a female nudist beach and join the fun simply by saying they identify as a woman?

I fully support their right to do this.

As long as I, sorry I mean they, can go back to identifying as a man the next day. 😄

I am not following you around. I am also not of the mind to "penalize" people with thumbs-downs, if there maybe is a difference in political opinion (as there are quite a few members on here doing so, I am a recipient of quite a number of those in totally unrelated posts).

Instead, wherever you got a thumbs-down, I am, sincerely, diagreeing with what you write.

In case I would agree, you would get a thumbs-up accordingly, and I seem to remember that I already did so on multiple occasions.

To the argument at hand:

With regard to the children: I believe, statistically, the world in rural Germany -- likely all over the planet -- has not become more dangerous for children than it ever was; immediate news coverage of things happening in far-away places has. I would be a lot more suspect when my daughter would be at the main railway station, than at a nudist lake.

The general risk for children to they encounter a deranged adult is infinitesimally low, and I also believe, children are not better protected by forbidding them to be outside alone, but by learning what a normal social interation looks like, and what would not be one. My daughter, of course, got her lectures on being wary with friendly strangers, to not accept food or drink, to not enter foreign cars, or take other unwarranted risks with people she does not know (eg groups of agrressive or drunk people, people behaving erratically).

As was written in this thread before: most people laying hands on kids are from the direct social surroundings (most often immediate family, or maybe their sports trainer or teacher); not talking to strangers will not protect such a kid at all, on the contrary, by not knowing where normal boundaries lay in general, they might be additonally endangered by their own naivety.

Therefore, biking along a nudist lake, swimming with friends in the same lake, or being polite in every-day interactions with people behaving normally while sitting -- even in the nude, or gay, or being a transvestite, or all three of those combined -- at this lake, do not belong in the list of prohibited actions. She is 10 years old, by the way, which is the age that children are out and about naturally anyways, alone or with friends, becoming more mobile by having their own bike etc.

It is important, that parents protect their children; it is equally important, to not be overprotective and stymy their normal social development. The right way is in the middle, and it seems you have set the boundaries for your kids very different than I do, which is ok -- they are your children, not mine.

Gender ideology is wrong, if it is done in a cult-like fashion. This seems, sorry to say, a unique American issue, maybe enlarged by social media, where the most extreme voices are the ones most heared. Also, don't believe anything a person says in a video as absolute truth, just because she said it... (something you seem to be doing here).

I would, however, have no issue at all, if my daughter (again, she is 10), hears during school education, that there are several ways for people to express their sexuality; actually, I expect this to be a module being taught soon here in Germany.

She, of course, is half Thai, so she has met and talked to Katoeys, so this is not something that is really new to her. Those interactions have been friendly and normal, nothing scary about it -- and I think it is good that she makes up her own mind.

What I believe: education is a responsibility of the parents. School will inform, but it never happens in a vacuum, or without being discussed at home later. My daughter has a good head on her shoulders, she knows when to come with questions, even if it is something a teacher told her as an absolute.

I think it is a myth that children really can get "indoctrinated" at school, just because some colorful person had a lesson module with them, if parents are on top of what their children then incorporate into their worldview by talking about it. Of course, parents who already don't care to spend this time and effort on their children...

In the case, that she would decide at some stage to follow her own, unqiue path, this would be:

1) her private matter, as she would be an adult, or close enough to one to have thought it through thoroughly

2) get my support, because I love my daughter as the complete human she is, not what I imagine her she would have to be.

After all, I am over 50 and will not be around forever; at some stage there must be trust in your own children to navigate life so that they are happy and content with what they have built for themselves, instead of needing endless guidance through their whole life.

Most children are molested or worse by family members or family friends. Violence against children has been on the rise all along...............

Yes, according to United Nations reports, overall violence against children has reached unprecedented levels globally, driven by sharp surges in armed conflict and digital exploitation. Up to 1 billion children experience physical, sexual, or emotional violence annually.

Armed Conflict and Crisis Zones

  • Surging violations: Verified grave violations against children in war zones—such as killing, maiming, and recruitment—have spiked significantly, reaching record highs.

  • Displacement: Over 500 million children now live in active conflict areas worldwide.

Online and Digital Threats

  • Cyber exploitation: The expansion of digital technology has accelerated online grooming, extortion, and the rapid spread of abuse material. [1, 2]

  • AI generation: Hotlines and watch foundations report exponential increases in artificial intelligence-generated child sexual abuse material used to blackmail and groom minors.

Domestic and Everyday Abuse

  • Widespread mistreatment: Billions of children continue to face regular violent discipline, psychological aggression at home, or severe bullying in schools.

  • Human trafficking enlists hundreds of children yearly, with a large percentage in Thailand alone, even though they're trying to curb it, but when officials are involved, it's harder to control.

  • Like I mentioned, nude areas aren't the problem. Letting others see a naked person intentionally outside of these areas is exhibitionism. Not necessary and illegal, more so if it's intentional and repeatedly.

  • Children are kidnapped daily all over the world, a lot by traffickers and some by single strangers. Yes, this is why a child needs to learn not to trust anyone they don't really know, to be aware of the possible dangers so they don't let themselves get into a situation that can be their last. None of my children have become victims of anyone besides a couple of boyfriends.

  • I teach my children about touch, bad or good, along with never allowing themselves to be alone with anyone they don't already know well, be with friends when possible, learn self defense, and how to use extreme violent prejudice if someone tries to grab you.

  • Rural areas are usually safer, but if you look at the registry of sexual predators, which is available in most developed areas, you'll see just how close they live. In my subdivision alone outside San Antonio Texas, there was three, along with 10 more within a 5 mile radius. One suspect lived down our block, someone who always wanted to be around teen girls, at 30+, and everyone told their kids to be aware and not be alone with him, so nothing happened.

  • Better safe than sorry. better they be the victim than our children.

I have cut down your post to the things I want to say something, because a lot of things you say simply do not apply, at least to my situation. There is neither war here, nor gangs of people abducting children, nor is there child trafficking.

I believe, that it is definitely not a problem, if my daughter would see a naked person; somebody showering in their on garden (we had that example), somebody in their own home without having the blends down, people on a beach, people around showers and sports dressers during sports events. It is just bodies, and all those examples are obviously either unintentional, or normal, behavior.

The line can be crossed quickly, that is true, but it would be not difficult for my daughter to look or move away -- if in doubt, she knows that she should remove herself from the situation, and then ask me for guidance later. It is a non-issue, really.

My daughter is 10 and will have -- as she will need to take the train to her new school in the next city -- her own mobile phone. I expect her to be flooded with pornography, intentional or not, within a very very short while. So, how a nude body looks during a sexual act, will be quite common knowledge very soon (it cannot be prevented, if it is not on her phone, it will be on one of her classmates or friends). I do not like it, but it is the world we are living in.

I think, as above, that discussing what she sees (and feels while doing so) is the immediate responsibility of parents, so that she is able to handle it as a factual part of life. That she knows about consent, physical boundaries she must set, respect for herself and others, medical risc (not just HIV, but impediment due to drugs, strangling and other unsafe practices), is just part of the obligations of any parent. The flowers-and-bees talk of olden times is really not adequate any more.

The same is true for online mobbing and AI fakes, which I see as a much larger danger to her well-being. But again, this is something which she will encounter very, very soon, and she needs to have the right mental toolbox to handle it properly when it happens inevitably.

I expect her to be sexually active within the next half decade or so, hopefully a lot later than sooner. But, again this is not something, that can be prevented (human nature); I will never be able to control, if that sleepover at friends or making homework together is exactly that, or a good story she tells me, while at the same time encouraging a large social circle of friends. So she will need to be mature enough to make a proper decision, if she will put herself in a situation where this is likely and/or actively wanted by her. My job as a parent is to give her guidance to make the decision that was the right one in hindsight, nothing more, nothing less.

One point about self-defense: the only defence is running away. My daughter does Karate for several years, and some Krav Maga; still, even a boy one or two years older could put her down with ease -- so she absolutely knows not to rely on that, ever.

Agree with all but the fact that Germany does have trafficking, especially in the large cities. Online grooming is everywhere, including Germany, and forced labor in some places. This is a worldwide problem that's getting worse, until these scumbags are stopped with extreme punishment... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_trafficking_in_Germany.

I told my daughters the same thing, Hit hard, then run. If they get hold of you, hurt any way you can. Gouge eyes, kick balls, pop the ears, as you don't want to fight a man but get away and yell all the while, so anyone can see what's happening.
