Somewhat interesting, but far from amazing.

An American war hero who killed over 160 and was called "Legend", about whom a film was made by Clint Eastwood, is killed by a fellow soldier not in Iraq but in America. Who just happens to have the same surname as the guy who wanted to kill Trump. And it then turns out the war hero lied about killing people. Twice. This is "somewhat" interesting?

Okay.

I don't know, there's a lot of sensible things in the Quran. It seem a bit harsh to indict a whole religion because of a few extremists. I meaning having 4 wives I could totally get behind.

Such as? It condones slavery, rape of captives, marriage to pre pubescent girls, wife beating, killing Jews and apostates, polygamy and terror. Seems to negate anything sensible.

IMO, perhaps it was a great thing for people of the region 1500 years ago. But during time it was abused and modified by those (leaders, new version creators) who wanted to take advantages (politically/financially) of people who believed in the religion. Fooling people to be stuck in 1500 years ago for ever to be abused easily.

Fewer Muslim girls are selling their booty on Only Fans than western "liberalized" girls.

Except in Dubai maybe.

But "family values" are more preserved than in western countries.

When you remove religions, then rock stars and pop stars and Hollywood stars become the new religious icons.

And many of them are just promoting drug use and wild party lifestyles.

I thought Madonna was dead or retired.

But no, she's back and has a scene of a bunch of people doing cocaine in her latest video.

And the word MADONNA is a religious reference.

She is a priestess in modern western society.

Just party is the new religion.

Well, you could easily list a dozen things in the bible that are now abhorrent, nonsensical and ludicrous, if you just focus on that.

However, if your eyes and your heart are open for the wisdom of the bible or the quran you will find that wisdom.

So if Ryan Routh killed Trump, he would be a hero?!

Then he would have saved soldiers lives, many other lives.

Trump doesnt care and send a boat for months on water, driving crew (5000 pcs) insane.

Many people died already, because of a again a lousy Trump idea.

You see live what happens if you have a mob in control and dont get me wrong not only USA.

Obviously the war in Iran was a lousy idea. However, I doubt Routh would be a hero. Or would have stopped the war. If Trump were not in charge whoever would be would be just as likely to follow Israel's request and make war on Iran. The war in Iran started because of Israel, not Trump.

Go on then play the what about ism. The difference is the old testament was written by men and nobody takes much notice of it. The Quran is regarded as the direct word of God for all time, not to be interpreted and which the followers take as gospel.

There is no wisdom on the Quran, it's utter nonsesne, hate and a mish mash old stories the filthy prophet heard on his travels as a youngster, which he often got wrong. True he did come out with some moderate lines in Mecca when he was trying to get established- eg let there be no compulsion in religion etc and when he was trying to get Jews to join his nasty gang of thieves and extortionists, but that all changes with the Modena suras. Later it was kill those who believe not in Allah and the first thing he did entering Mecca, after he broke the peace treaty, was to make paganism illegal and Jews and Christians dhimis who had to pay him a tax for being non muslim.

Lets just not focus on the Bible or the Quran, the fake prophet, by Islamic scripture, was a slave owner, thief, killer, who launched over 80 wars and raids in 10 years, extortionist (jizya) polygamist, liar, wife beater, child abuser and rapist. Does that sound like a man of God?

It was the same with Christianity, Christians killed non-Christians and it was the same with Jews. According to historical accounts by Josephus, during the conquests of areas like Idumea and Iturea, the inhabitants were given the choice of forced conversion to Judaism, expulsion, or death. Historical sources from the era, such as Cassius Dio, record large-scale massacres of non-Jewish populations during the height of the rebellion. Even today we see Jews attacking Christians. None of this has any bearing on whether there is wisdom in the Old Testament, of course there is.

Again, one can make the same case against Isaac. A widely cited calculation in the Midrash (specifically Seder Olam Rabbah and commentaries by Rashi) concludes that Rebekah was only 3 years old (or 10 years old in alternative traditions) when she married Isaac.

In ancient Israelite royalty, marriages were frequently arranged as political alliances immediately upon the bride reaching the age of physical maturity (typically marked by puberty, around 12 to 14 years old in ancient cultures).

Again, non of this has any bearing on whether there is wisdom in Judaism.

Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:8): "O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm for Allah, witnesses in justice, and do not let the hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness."

Surah Al-Furqan (25:63): "And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth easily [in humility], and when the ignorant address them [harshly], they say [words of] peace."

Surah Luqman (31:18-19): "And do not turn your cheek [in contempt] toward people and do not walk through the earth exultantly. Indeed, Allah does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful. And be moderate in your pace and lower your voice; indeed, the most disagreeable of sounds is the voice of donkeys."

Surah Al-Baqarah (2:216): "...Perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not."

You might want to take a closer look at the Bible, it also condones slavery, rape of captive slaves, wife beating (old testament), killing, polygamy and many other less then pleasant realities. I am not making excuses for Islam, just saying.

Ideology is the enemy of the free world when it demands control over others. Normal people who believe in their religion are not automatically the enemy. The problem starts when any ideology rejects freedom, democracy and equal rights, and justifies force to impose itself. Do we see some of that in our own backyard too?

There is plenty of wisdom in the Quran. Charity, justice, honesty, patience, forgiveness, helping the poor and caring for orphans are all there. My point is that much of this is also found in the Torah and older Abrahamic traditions. Islam is basically another Abrahamic brother, not something that appeared from nowhere.

Where does it condone slavery, rape, killing unbelievers and child marriage? Look at the founders of Islam and Christianity. One was a thief, killer, extortionist, rapist, child abuser, polygamist and slave owner, the other was Jesus.

And yet the rich Arabic countries offer no help to their less fortunate Muslim brothers.

Yah, but the difference was that Chris Kyle was the real deal. He'd actually been a sniper in Iraq, Afghanistan, and he'd saved his fellow soldiers' lives on many occasions. He was an actual bona fide war hero, who was called "Legend" by his fellow soldiers. He did not need to lie or make up stories. But he did.

Like Dr Arday did not need to pretend that he had associations with other univerisities, that were verifiably false claims that never needed to be made. Arday could have sat back and enjoyed his professorship in Cambridge. But it was his lies that caught him out. Totally unnecessary lies.

Like with Kyle. It seems the human ego is insatiable.

Deuteronomy 21:10–14 (The Captive Woman). This passage codifies structural sexual violence and the spoils of conquest, forcing a female captive with no alternative protection into a marital relationship with her Israeli captor.

Numbers 31:17–18 (The Midianite Campaign). Following a military campaign against Midian, Moses commands the army regarding the surviving captives: "Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman who has known man by lying with him. But all the young girls who have not known man by lying with him keep alive for yourselves.".

So Moses advocated genocide of children, women and suggested pedophilia and enslavement for "young girls" that were virgins.

Off topic but

Being part of the same Abrahamic family does not mean wealthy Muslim countries always follow its teachings. Christians do not always follow Christianity either.

And saying Arab countries do nothing is simply wrong. Jordan has taken millions of Palestinian refugees, and Arab countries have spent billions on aid and infrastructure. At the same time, Arab leaders who supported Palestinian or Arab causes have often been accused of supporting terrorism. Gaddafi is an obvious example, although in his case he also supported armed groups and crossed that line himself.

After all, what is really the difference between supporting one side or the other? That line has become much clearer to us these days than it was before. My point is simply that the history is far more complicated than saying rich Arab countries do nothing for their Muslim brothers.

Ah...one was the bastard son of a serial killer, deadbeat dad, and a guy who raped a 14 year old girl.

How? Where have I plagiarized anything? As well, he was a professor of Sociology with a focus on race. What in my statement has anything to do with Sociology or race relations? Or are you simply saying that I also need to be silenced - from someone who is upset about Islam's teachings about harming women.

It was stated that the Koran is quite similar to the Bible .

Similar content .

I suggested that the well known plagiarist Professor Jason Arday may have written the Koran :)

Although I did reply to you, I just used your post to make a joke and my post wasn't anything to do with you
