As indicated I have constant nag in lower back but that's long term.

Only mention it as seems use of NSID,s is pretty much off limits and the doctors at hospital agreed with our Sheryl that the ibruphen + anticoagulant were basis aggravating factors.

Must be lot of folk managing back pain without NSID

Cannabis works very well for me as a NSAID.

    So what the good folk in the thread have suggested is the plan. Just have doctor chat. Had nasal endoscopy check bleed + as someone suggested IV for fluids and most likely blood transfusion. Dr sugges

Being also on a blood thinner my DR tells me this is the only one I should take if needed. He said the also to not take naproxen, also a Cox 2 inhibitor for the same reason.
