The actual exams to qualify are the same for all, according to Google.

Black individuals in the United States are not given easier pilot or law exams, as all professional licensing tests and grading standards are identical for every applicant.

Law Exams (The Bar Exam)

  • Standard Tests: The bar exam is a standardized test created by each state. Every person who takes the test in that state answers the same questions.

  • Blind Grading: Graders do not know the race, name, or background of the person who wrote the test.

  • Affirmative Action Limits: Affirmative action historically applied to school admissions, meaning how students got into law school. It never changed the rules or grading of the actual bar exam required to become a lawyer.

Pilot Exams (FAA Certification)

  • Federal Rules: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) controls all pilot licenses in the U.S.

  • Same Tests: Every student pilot must pass the exact same written knowledge tests, oral tests, and in-flight practical tests (called checkrides).

  • Safety Standards: Flight examiners use the same strict safety and skill rules for every person, regardless of race or background.

Interestingly enough

In the UK university places are offered on provisional grades (predicted by the students high school teachers). The universities offer places to selected applicant, setting unrealistic grades that few of the applicants are expected to get.

Then after the results are in, all the people getting the super high grades get in (usually under 25% of the final place winners), and the other 75% of places are offered to selected 'failures'

Take for Example my old university (one of the top 10 in UK),

They have 6,000 applicants for 100 places (school of Pharmacy) every year.

They make offers to 300 applicants for grades AAB, which nets 25 students, then select another 75 from the fails which can be as low as BBC.

Personal statements not even read, Admissions officer stated, "as if anyone expects up to read 6,000 personal statements?"

The DEI selection being in the place offers, not the exam results.

I suspect the final exams aren't that hard!

Yeah, the bar is hard, Kamala Harris flunked it.

But the bar exam is after the law degree, and you can take it as many times as you want.

It's not even expensive ($2,000 depending on state).

Compared to the Law student fees ($250,000) it's a bargain.

'According to Google' 🤣

If you Google “happy white woman” your top results will be black men with white women.

Go see for yourself.

Another Jewish controlled anti-white company.

You'll never know perhaps.

Too many people would have to be involved for it to be kept secret.

DEI is indeed problematic. The criteria for candidate selection are based on race.

Why not take 30 seconds to provide some evidence?

Kirk was a man of little understanding who said some incredibly nasty things over the past several years. I do admire him for being willing to discuss things with his adversaries however that does not diminish who he was. The fact that society has succumbed to PC weakness and stripped people of the ability to be critically minded is an abomination and a shame, and it says a lot about how weak America is right now.

Once fully qualified, in order to counteract institutional racism, which levels the playing field.

Please post a link to the video you watched where you heard these incredibly nasty things.

Is it nasty to say that someone would not have gotten into the school they went to, but for affirmative action?

Is it you position that United Airlines was an institutionally racist company up until five years ago, and now it is not?

What about all the universities that lower admission standards for blacks, are they all institutionally racist?

About 30% of postal workers in the US are black, much more than double blacks share of the US labor force. Does the playing field not need to be leveled to favor whites?

So whites are desperate to do low paid, low level work....but Black people are stealing those jobs from them......555555

There are far more whites in poverty in the US than blacks.

In any event, is it you position that United Airlines was an institutionally racist company up until five years ago, and now it is not?

What about all the universities that lower admission standards for blacks, are they all institutionally racist?

I think organizations that are institutionally racist should be taken to task for it, don't you?

It's entirely understandable that if kids end up (for a whole variety of reason) being educated in substandard, under funded schools, that some consideration should be given to weighting their outcomes......that applies to both Black and White kids.

The fact that most kids in this situation are Black is just another example of the institutional racism that exists in the US......but because the majority are Black is no reason to ban the weightings.....that would be racist.

I was under the distinct impression that the US economy was absolutely booming, with the poorest, most backward state, richer than the whole of the UK?

Tariffs have made everyone rich, DOGE cheques are in the post, and there's $1.2 trillion going spare if you vote.

When looking at the percentage of a given demographic group living below the poverty line, Black Americans experience poverty at roughly double to triple the rate of non-Hispanic White Americans.

I have followed Charlie Kirk for years and have watched most of his videos from his events held on university campuses, and I can assure you that all of his viewpoints are supported by Biblical principles in accordance with God's standard of morality. The bottom line is that the progressive liberal lefties are not motivated by their rage against Kirk, but by their hatred for God the Father, Jesus the Son and The Holy Spirit. They live by a code of moral relativism and the belief that each person can set their own standard for morality, and each has their own version of truth. This is exactly why the world is in such chaos today. Most all of these people have never watched a Charlie Kirk video, and truly have no idea what his viewpoints are, but they are simply following the opinions of others who are caught up in the leftist narrative about Kirk.

Yet as I said, there are many more whites in poverty than blacks.

If I had said that more non-blacks commit more violent crimes in the US than blacks, would you have come back with: "But black males, represent only 6% of the population yet commit more than 50% of the violent crimes"? I think not 555555

Are you able to have a discussion or not?

Again, is it you position that United Airlines was an institutionally racist company up until five years ago, and now it is not?

What about all the universities that lower admission standards for blacks, are they all institutionally racist?

I think organizations that are institutionally racist should be taken to task for it, don't you? Why is no one on the left boycotting all these institutionally racist intuitions?

Im calling this issue out as its been convoluted into something its not by trumpettes and MAGA. Show us some examples of DEI mandated hiring guidelines for government agencies. DEI mandated tracking and management of the levels of diversity doesnt count. Actual mandates or quotas set for hiring diversity as the main criteria over experience or merit. I'll wait while you look.
