I explained in my post what it means. If you are too thick to get it, sorry, I can't help you. Stop trolling.

I asked how it works, not what it means. Do you not understand the difference?

DEI works by favoring one group over another, yes?

If not, how does DEI work?

I explained it in my post. Read it. Not going to copy and paste it again.

No, this is what you said:

"DEI means people of certain ethnic, sexual, or other groups are not excluded based on their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation or gender as they used to be. It doesn't mean they are given pilot's jobs because they are black, lesbian, or anything else. It levels the playing field, don't be an idiot."

What it means, nothing about how it works. If you don't know, just say you don't know, no shame in that.

Or just pretend you know, but you won't say, and call me stupid and what not.

No one was fired for giving their opinion.

And yes, it you are giving your uninvited, unwelcome and or offensive opinions in the workplace you should absolutely be fired if the company owner so desires.

Do you support DEI hiring?

'No one was fired for giving their opinion', you say. Totally untrue. Plenty were, including those who did not give their opinions 'in the workplace' but, instead, made their comments on Facebook, and such. Some lost their jobs even though they didn't even make a comment--they just reposted something they saw on social media. One person was fired simply for posting a news article about Charlie Kirk on gun control tradeoffs, that had a Kirk quote.

The fact that some are suing, and winning big settlements, points to the firings as being wrong in the first place. Yes, I support DEI hiring of applicants who have the qualifications and/or skills to perform the job requirements.
