Fired for Charlie Kirk posts — but they still don’t regret it

I have followed Charlie Kirk for years and have watched most of his videos from his events held on university campuses, and I can assure you that all of his viewpoints are supported by Biblical principles in accordance with God's standard of morality. The bottom line is that the progressive liberal lefties are not motivated by their rage against Kirk, but by their hatred for God the Father, Jesus the Son and The Holy Spirit. They live by a code of moral relativism and the belief that each person can set their own standard for morality, and each has their own version of truth. This is exactly why the world is in such chaos today. Most all of these people have never watched a Charlie Kirk video, and truly have no idea what his viewpoints are, but they are simply following the opinions of others who are caught up in the leftist narrative about Kirk.

Buk Kirk was clear, that while he felt homosexual marriage (and any number of other things) was wrong, that the US was not, and should not be a theocracy.

If people think things are wrong, they should be able to speak out against them, just as people should be able to speak out in favor of them.

One side shutting down civil discourse because they do not like what the other side says is never good.

I loved Charlie Kirk and agreed with 80% of what he said. Nonetheless, I think it despicable that people would lose their jobs for criticising him, even after death. Conversely I think some of the settlements cited are grotesque. Awarded to the privileged few.

Show examples of your claims about American Airlines or University racism please, if you can, so we know who to watch out for.

I made no such claims, I was responding to @WIAA Alfie after he made the claims.

I do not believe United Airlines is institutionally racist, and while I do believe many universities are institutionally racist, I have made no such claim.

Dont you hate when facts get in the way of your bs narrative? Being ignorant can be corrected if you take the time to learn about the real world but that requires individual thinking capability

You talking about integrity is like Catholic bishops celebrating Adolf Hitler's birthday.

I believe these are your usually crafted gaslighted statements trying to bait people.

"Is it you position that United Airlines was an institutionally racist company up until five years ago, and now it is not?

What about all the universities that lower admission standards for blacks, are they all institutionally racist?

About 30% of postal workers in the US are black, much more than double blacks share of the US labor force. Does the playing field not need to be leveled to favor whites? "

No one was fired for criticizing Charlie Charly Kirk Some people were fired for publicly celebrating his assignation.

I think Obama was a terrible president, but if he were assonated, I would hope anyone involved in celebrating publicly would be fired.

I also doubt you ever listened to Charlie Kirk or know anything about him.

And 20 posts in 12 years?

Here's the latest statistic. I think whites have their fair share dont you?

The best recent nationwide figures I found are from the Government Accountability Office’s analysis of USPS data through fiscal year 2022:

Race/ethnicity

Approximate share of USPS workforce

White

56%

Black or African American

30%

Hispanic or Latino

13%

Asian and other racial groups

About 1% combined in the summarized figures

@WIAA Alfie indicated that DEI hiring was necessary at United Airlines because of institutional racism. I asked him to confirm his position.

Why is that so confusing?

I do not care how many white people or black people or Hispanic people, or Asian people work anywhere.

Neither do I care how many pilots at United Airlines are black.

You have me confused with someone that supports DEI hiring, I do not.

Read your own posts and dont be a moron. I have you identified correctly. You like to misrepresent facts or conveniently leave them out to serve your narrative. Now you try to gaslight what you said to appear as something you're not.

Is this not what you wrote?

About 30% of postal workers in the US are black, much more than double blacks share of the US labor force. Does the playing field not need to be leveled to favor whites? "

Now changing your tone arent you?

Do you think calling me a moron makes you sound smart or well informed? It does not. It makes you sound like a lazy leftist.

I said: "About 30% of postal workers in the US are black, much more than double blacks share of the US labor force. Does the playing field not need to be leveled to favor whites?" in response to someone advocating DEI hiring.

I do not support DEI hiring, and I do not think more whites should be hired at the post office anymore then I think more blacks should be hired at United Airlines.

You do support DEI hiring yes? Why do you not explain why we need fewer blacks in the post office or more blacks at United Airlines?

Im not the one needing to explain my comments, you are. You cant flip the script because you got caught with your typical statements. Now your backpeddling to try to cover yourself and what you clearly wrote. You said we should level the playing field for whites not me because blabks have a 30% employment implying they have too many jobs. Rather racist arent you?

As I've told you a number of times Im not a leftist , I was a Republican before trumps insertion into politics and the wholesale abandomment of morals by the GOP. That seems to be your classic response though to anyone that points out your bs.

As for the DEI hiring policies you continually refer to Im guessing you dont know what it really is as far as govt policy and you just use the typical trump position about it. There is no govt mandate ir

under DEI to hire unqualified people over qualified applicants. Its a managemnet measurement tool not a hiring critiera. Research and learn

Insane that any of them were fired in the first place. Sad state that you can be fired for just giving your opinion on something.

The Trump fan boys on here keep telling us Brits we have no free speech. Yet here we have more than 600 US citizens dismissed, suspended or disciplined by their employers for expressing anti-Kirk opinions.

At least a dozen public sector employees have won financial compensation through First Amendment wrongful termination suits, but private sector employees have limited free speech protections under at-will employment.

Not so much 'free' speech in the land of the free.

No one was fired for giving their opinion.

And yes, it you are giving your uninvited, unwelcome and or offensive opinions in the workplace you should absolutely be fired if the company owner so desires.

There is no DEI hiring policy or program as you imply other than in your imagination and trump bs statments. Dei is a mangement measurement tool that trump has bastardized and villainized for his own twisred f'd up agenda to give something for his sheep following to hate.

Ive never indicated in any way i believe in your lies about supporting a dei program that does not exist. I believe in merit based hiring so stop trying to gaslight your statements and own them.

End of discussion on this with you

You Marx fanboys seem to think that an employee should be able to exercise their free speech, but not the employer.

If there were a schoolteacher on social media posting that God hates homosexuals, and they should all be executed and celebrating when they are murdered, I think they should be fired. You don't, you think they should be teaching children.

Why is everything about Trump with you?

When the CEO of United Airlines claims that new pilots will be 50% black and or women, is that considered a DEI program or not?

If DEI is not favoring one group over another, then what is it?

If DEI programs do not exist, why is the left, who you claim to oppose, all howling about Trump ending it.

I do not blame you for running away from honest discussion.

When you learn to post facts I'll be happy to debate you.

Scott Kelly stated in 2021 that 50% of applicants for a flight school target would be women or people of color not pilots hired.

I never said dei does not exist, I said its a measurement tool not a hiring tool. This shows your ignorance and how you lie and twist comments and facts to support your bs but never own your lies or mistatements. Its why I say your posts are moronic. Look up the definition.

Now go away and come back when you have facts not bs

Okay, sorry. So was the flight school for pilots or baggage handlers?

Would targeting 50% of applicants of particular groups, would that be DEI

I know you are much smarter than I am, but I do not think it's nice when you call me ignorant and a moron and whatnot. We centrists should stick together and try to set an example for civil discourse.

In any event, by a measuring tool, you mean DEI is used to determine if there are enough of a particular group in an organization's workforce, and if not, favor that group for hiring or flight school or whatnot?

Do you support DEI programs or not?

If basketball was subject to DEI hiring rules would the standard of the game be improved by reducing the number of black guys playing the sport whilst at the same time increasing the number of whites on the pitch ?

of course not DEI has no place in a civilised democracy it should be banned

As I understand it, DEI programs favor one group over another. If that is not correct, is there anyone that can define what a DEI program is?

I do not need anyone calling me ignorant and a moron, I know all of that. Nor do I need anyone to call me a MAGA of some-such and tell me to do my own research.

Please just explain how a DEI program works.

Do you even know what DEI programs are? They dont target hiring they are a measurement tool of what the demographics are and how your utilizing those group effectively to ensure everyone is treated appropriately . Its not what you read in the sensationalized GOP news stories promoting them as discrimatory or racial biased at the exclusion of the qualified

So, a program for a flight training school that target enrollment of 50% blacks, would not be a DEI program, but a program that determined that blacks are better suited to be baggage handlers than pilots, would be a DEI program, correct? I would be against that.

I am against most any program that divides people by demographics to determine how they should be treated. In fact, I find that appalling, People should be treated as individuals, not as demographic groups.

You are getting a bit scary.
