Problem With Webwebhost.com

I am wondering if any TV members have had problems with WebWebHost.com?

I have been building my own website and was looking around for a hosting company and decided to use webwebhost which I believe are part of TV. I filled in all the relevant details, chose my domain name and sent payment off using 2CO.COM on the 10th August. I expected to be up and running within a few days, but sent an email the next day asking when I was likely to receive my details. I received a very prompt and professional email back stating the following:

Dear Paul,

This is emergency support team.

Could you please forward your purchase email and confirmation email, and we will have you up and running with in the hour, upon verification. I haven't seen you domain being registered yet, so I need to see your confirmation email.

Emergency support

I sent back a copy of my receipt from 2CO.COM and this again was replied to very quick with the following email: (specifics deleted for obvious reasons)

Dear Paul,

I have manually registered your domain now, and we will will provide you with login and password for your domain next business day (Tuesday):

ORDER INFORMATION

status: Completed

date created: 2007/08/11

order number: 1****9

ITEMS

****************.com - domain registration

1 year

Result: Registered

*****************.com - domain privacy

1 year ($2.00)

The domain will resolve to your hosting with us within 24 hours. Let me revert to you tomorrow, and we do a check so all is ok.

If you have any urgent matter, please reply to this email.

Tuesday came and went with no login details, I sent another email towards the end of the week and no reply was received. I've waited and waited and it seems like I'm now been ignored, payment has definitely been made from my bank on the 13th August, the description for the payment is as follows:

2CO.COM*Thaivisa 8**-***-***3 49.00USD at 2.020. The amout taken from my account was 24.25GBP. I sent them another email earlier this week and as before no reply. I can't understand what the problem is, or why I am being ignored. I am working overseas so wondered if it could be something to do with my IP address but rather than ignore me I would expect them to contact me for clarification as to why a UK Visa card is been used for a Thai website when I'm neither in the UK or Thailand, but I've heard absolutely nothing.

This is my first post on TV so any help from the community would be greatly appreciated, or maybe even someone from TV could help?

Webwebhost Support has trouble to reach you via email. This forum is not a support forum for the hosting company. Please PM me your email address and all details and I promise I will have Senior Support ro look into the issue urgently.
