Whats your graphical artistry skills like ?? I need someone with a artistic talent to create custom artwork and skin a site engine I am working with.

Its not an amatur / have a go type job and as yet everyone I have spoken to locally doesnt have the skill set I need, if priced competitively with online freelance workers then I will get together to discuss.
