I use dial up at home and used to use the TOT free service but over the last 2 weeks I always get the egaged tone. I've checked the 1288 number on my ordinary phone and get the engaged tone too.

I know that TOT is up shit creek is this a symptom of this? Have they ended the free internet service?

I think it depends where you live. I live on the darkside and my TT&T is at 430KPS. Not like in the west, but decent for Thailand at 790 Baht per month. You can get Cat and get realy high speed if you want to pay 2700 baht per month.
