Heavy Bag

Featured Replies

I have looked in several places for a heavy [boxing[ bag. I would like one 1.5 meters long but so far can only find 1 meter in stock and 1.2 to order. does anyone know where i can get one in pattaya or jomtien?

thanks in advance

Jimmy

Did you try the boxing supply shop near the Made in Thailand stalls on second road ?

That's where I get my gum guards.

Go to any building site - fill it with bricks then add sand. Toughen your hands up no end.

Fill with old clothes ?

Or go to a Muay Thai gym (Fairtex or others) and ask them.

Line bag side and bottom with a single layer of old short pile carpet, hairy side out :o

Fill a black heavy duty bin bag with 15/20 kg of coarse sand and place at the bottom

(best to put sand inside 3 or 4 bags, one inside the other.

Fill bag to top with torn up rags compacting as you go.

Top up as filling settles and if bag gets too hard after a while empty out and re-pack.
