I cam across this guy here before. Apparently he designs houses and overseas construction in Thailand. Can't remember where he operates from. I believe he has a web site. Good luck.

There are free, government approved, ready to build, house plans here http://www.crossy.co.uk/Thai_House_Plans/ courtesy of the Shinawatra regime.

Even if you don't use one of them, they're a good source of ideas

Thank you Crossy and Joe Walshe. These are very helpful. The goverment approved plans are very complete including estimates and spreadsheets. If there are any other sites out there like these two I would like to know.

if you had done the search as advised you would have found the link to crossy's website as it has been disussed and broufgt up several times before in this section. I guess i was as lazy as you, but then i was not in need for the information.

so i did something you did not do. provide you with the search keywords you needed.
