Can I Get A Tourist Visa In Near Country Off Thailand

hi i'm comming to thailand with a tourist visa.

how dose this work i believe i can stay 60 days and then get a stamp off some sort but where do i need to get this stamp can i get it in thailand or do i need to go to a nearby country.

and when my 90 days are over a'm i obligathed to go back to my home country (belgium) or can i get a new tourist visa in a nearby country off thailand.

You can get the 30 Day extension at any Immigration Office in Thailand, 1,900 Baht

First you can extend your tourist visa at an immigration in Thailand for THB 1900. When that is up, e.g your total 90 days, you exit Thailand and go to a neighbour country and get another tourist visa.
