The story seems a bit embellished. I genuinely feel for this kid. Probably from a one parent family and I doubt that he had an easy life. A 28 year old who ends up in Pattaya can't be doing well. It is hardly a holiday destination of choice for active young people. -

The practice is called "frottage" - not to be confused with "fromage" (cheese). Though even that would not transmit urine infection. But when there's a will there's a way... let's defer that to the OP. -

The guy was a former BLM member who got booted out of the real BLM organization in Atlanta and then thereafter, went on to create by himself a similarly named organization that was entirely his own individual venture. Just as the NY Post article that you used as your source actually explains in great detail. -

Bringing Meat/Cheese into Thailand
I know everyone has a story about what they've brought into Thailand and there wasn't a problem because customs didn't check their bags. I've read that we're not allowed to bring any meat into Thailand. But I've also seen that it can be done with a permit which appears to be for commercial purposes. I found this posted by Thailand's FDA about personal products allowed to be brought into Thailand: https://en.fda.moph.go.th/guideline-of-importation-for-personal-use/bringing-of-health-products-into-the-kingdom-of-thailand-01 So is this the typical situation where it's just one agency (the FDA) saying it's ok to bring up to these limits? And there are probably others (like customs) that outright restrict it? Looking to know and understand all legal barriers for bringing meats or cheese for personal use. And any stories about customs checking your bags and finding said items. -
