Chinese Park on Wat Prok Street (near Sathorn Pier)-- outdoor.

Rot fai park I think it is called, the one where all the bicycles are in the park next to Jatujuk markets.

Go to Sathorn Pier and catch the 2 baht ferry that goes across the river to the Thonburi side,

directly to the left of the ferry launch will be a large park that is built under the bridge. Ther are basketball and Takraw courts there. It's always shaded because it's under the bridge, so you can play at anytime of the day.
