Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn To Visit The Federal Republic Of Germany

Announcement of the Bureau of the Royal Household concerning the Royal Visit of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn to the Federal Republic of Germany

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn will pay a Royal Visit to the Federal Republic of Germany between the 6th and the 12th of October, 2007.

During this trip, Her Royal Highness will attend the Frankfurt Book Fair at the invitation of the Director of the Frankfurt Book Fair and visit Chemnitz University of Technology for technical cooperation between Chemnitz university of Technology and universities in Thailand. Her Royal Highness will also observe various reserch projects at Fraunhofer Institute, which is an institute for research in applied science at Chemnitz University of Technology.

Thereafter, Her Royal Highness will visit Dresden in order to observe the Volkswagen Factory and the city restoration project of Dresden,which was completely destroyed during the Second World War. Moreover, Her Royal Highness will study the waste water treatment project of this city.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn will depart from Suvarnabhumi Airport, Samut Prakan Province on Saturday, the 6th of October, 2007 at 23:45 hours by Thai Airways International Public Company Limited flight number TG 920, and will return by Thai Airways International Public Company Limited flight number TG 923 scheduled to arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Samut Prakan province on Friday, the 12th of October, 2007 at 11:55 hours.
