Gee, ThaiVisa Insurance Guys – what a great idea. I wish I had thought of it first. Visa Insurance… Kind of like vacation or trip insurance.

Those poor guys up there in the Visa ‘hard luck’ forum… If they had only bought Visa Insurance from you, when they are turned down at the border and have to go back to Penang or Vientiane, they could collect from you to pay their excess travel expenses… Those guys at Thai Immigration are always changing the rules… When Kuhn Lopburi tells them that the rules since last month have changed, and what to do get the proper bank letter, or marriage certificate, or house papers, but they haven’t the money for the necessary documents, they can collect on their Thai Visa Insurance policy… Not to mention when the when those meanies at Suan Phlu raise the Thai Marriage Visa bank deposit requirements from 400k to 500K or retirement from 800k to 900k – no problem! if they bought Visa Insurance from the experts, namely you guys, the extra 100K is covered …

Your answer to almost every other inquiry on this Forum, and it is a Forum, is ‘call us’, which effectively shuts down the dialogue and then the rest of us cannot benefit from your experience and practical advice… and the follow-up to the OP's query...how was this resolved, what coverage did you actually provide, etc.

So I’m sure you can have all these sad stories resolved by co-sponsoring the Visa, Residency and Work Permits Forum as well… And when they tell their stories or ask ill-informed questions, or otherwise get hung out to dry, you can say ‘no problem, just contact us and fill out a form’, and they will receive their Thai Visa Insurance confidential quote post haste.

I believe you misunderstand-- it is not Visa insurance but Insurance (health, life, motor) provided through the forum called Thai Visa.
