how do i get my desired little pic to appear under my id name?

have tried my controls change pic etc....no joy

Go to "My Controls" > "Edit Avatar Settings" then upload an avatar of your choice from your local disk drive or use the Base Gallery to select one from the forum database. Moving to Forum Support.
