I went for a gruelling 1 hr. workout in the local gym. Got home, exhausted, and had a falling-out with the kids over something stupid( you know, usually teenage things). Ended up loosing face; resorted to disciplinary action(Ouch !)

Such is life, eh? All fun in the sun, what ?

got home from work, had a shower, ate some food, tidied my pad, went to the shop, came back from the shop, watched TV, had a toss, went to bed, read some of my book, slept.

Got home - heated up a left over Indian meal.

Then hit the books to learn more about the project I talked my way into initiating/doing at work with my boss and the head of operational excellence - seemed a good idea at the time (Lean Six Sigma) but I better bloody deliver now as I have everybody flying to the PI for an initaiting workshop

Had to book a weekend in Thailand with the thought of it

Me and the Mrs took the dog for a walk to the local village shop where we sat outside and I drunk 2 large Leo and 1 large Chang.

Then walked home where I cooked and ate Pad Krapow Goong. Watched Shrek on the TV, then went to bed.

After working all day (in the UK) for "my sweetie" I did my usual 45 minute walk and saved all my money by doing nowt which I do for 6 months then bring it all to Thailand to give to my wife who wisely invests it.

I sat in a restaurant in Khon Kaen watching the local police collect their tea money from all the establishments. I couldn't believe how much the local internet shop(gambling den) pays them !
