I am hoping that somebody can tell me which is the best Hi-Speed broadband in the Northeast mainly around the Nakhon Phanom area, I apreciate all advice

Is there a lot of choice where you are? Where I am (North) I get only TOT. Though CAT's said they are ready to deploy DSL up here too. And there's CAT CDMA which works reasonably well.
