Hi all, can anybody advise me if there is a Thai embassy or consulate in Hanoi so I may be able to fly there and obtain a Tourist Visa for thailand.

I may look at going on a Monday and staying 2 nights and come back Wednesday morning.

Last 2 times I went to KL which was fine but now Air Asia have a good promotion for Hanoi.

Any help appreciated.... don't want any bad suprises when I get there.

Yes there's definitely a Thai Embassy in Ha Noi.

Sorry I don't konw the address but it's in the area of Uncle Ho's Mausoleum where most of the other Embassies are.

The embassy is at 63-65 Hoang Dieu Street. It's very close to the back end of the Temple of Literature. The embassy is very quiet. When I went to get a visa there a couple of years ago I was the only customer on both visits.
