1) I did receive an email from a Chinese friend, written in Chinese to my Yahoo emailaddress. Unfortunately, the Chinese text had been changed into some undicipherable code language. Is it possible to "rewrite" this coded language into the original Chinese text ?

2) And secondly, is it possible to receive Chinese text into my Yahoo email inbox directly from now on ? If so, how to arrange this ?

Are you able to read Chinese website ok? You may just need to install different Chinese fonts. There are a few different varieties out there.
