Hi,

I need to be able to watch online video and thought upgrading to TOT'S 2048Kbps package would allow me to do this.

But still any video I try to play on youtube or anywhere else cannot play without stopping and starting, it's driving me mad.

Anyone in Chiang mai able to watch online video OK? If so please let me know which ISP you're using.
