I have a Leonics UPS (OA extra series), it's doing a good job but the monitoring software given for it (Easy-Mon X) is really bad. Does anyone know of a software I could use instead?

The UPS uses generic dry contact on a serial port.

Why run any software. I have Leonics UPS and gave up on the software also. I am usually at the computer and if power goes off and is not back on in 5 minutes I manually shut the computer down. Not a big deal.

My computer is ON 24/7, far from the bedroom, so I'd like a software to shut it down automatically when the power goes down for too long during the night.

What is the name of the software you use with the Leonics UPS? Most the software for one Brand only. But may I've one you can use, need to search within my CD's and that's alot! But post the Name of the software you use please!
